We had occasionally stopped here in the past for tea/coffee, etc, so when we were looking for a B&B in the area we were pleased to find it available here. We found an excellent (if unsophisticated and slightly ‘faded’) venue, and were very pleased with the overall experience and value for money. I am sure we will return to the... More

Just been to this lovely B&B family run location. After 23 years it's a really well run happy establishment. The bedroom we were in has an amazing view from the lovely firm bed. Free wifi and ta4spa bath so relaxing. If you want to watch TV freeview is available or a DVD library is ready for your use. This is... More

We usually stay in Malham in the dales, this time we fancied a change of location. What a good decision this was, Kettlewell is a beautiful village. This b & b is superb, you get complimentary sherry and chocolate in your room on arrival. Our room had a large 4 poster bed and a spa bath which was great to... More

After a previous short visit to kettlewell we decided an overnight stay was long overdue . The cottage tea room is in a fantastic location directly opposite a car park and the river wharfe . We had our little dog poppy with us which was no problem for the hosts who were extremely nice and friendly. The room itself though... More

My partner booked it over the net in July for the scarecrow festival. A lot of reviews on here are poor for this place. I couldn't fault it. The room was ideal. Small but ideal for a night or two. The welcome was friendly and the room was very clean with ours having the 4 poster bed. As for breakfast.... More

I stayed here with my friend as we were attempting the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge that weekend. A really lovely B&B. We received a great welcome from Mike and yes, our room was a little dated but it was spotlessly clean, had a super-comfy bed and amazing views! Breakfast was delicious and Kettlewell itself is a gorgeous village with plenty... More

Stayed here for two nights whilst walking the Dales Way. Very comfortable accommodation, lovely views from bedroom window. Everyone was warm and friendly, my wife was not too well on our first day and our hosts were most kind. Good breakfast.

We were greeted warmly by a lovely young lady and her father who advised about parking. The room was warm, spotless and there was sherry and chocolates waiting for us. The breakfast was excellent and the service was too. The owner was extremely helpful. The only reason I didn't give a five is I couldn't work the spa bath-the score... More

Called in here for a cup of tea and a toasted tea cake before taking the bus to Buckden and walking back to Kettlewell. The teacake was wonderful but the service from the owner's daughter couldn't be bettered. After getting back from the walk we decided to call in at The Cottage Tea Shop again to have something more substantial... More
