We really enjoy our vacations at Les Balcons. Carine and David are great hosts. Nice to be able to walk to food and drinks. Great view of the marina. Have met many freindly and nice people while there.

This was our second year to stay at Les Balcons and it was everything we remembered from our first stay. We love the quiet, listening to the sweet little hum of the rigging on the sailboats. The room has all the amenities we need like microwave, stovetop and little island for food prep. We also like being so close to...

We spent 11 nights in Les Balcons in Oyster Pond. It was our 4th winter getaway to St. Martin and Oyster Pond but our first at this property. We enjoyed our stay very much and with the ability to compare with other accommodations, Les Balcons offered just about everything we were looking for in terms of a little bit more...

A great place to stay. Views over Oyster Pond and out to St Barts in distance stunning. Strange one evening we had a power cut on the French side and on the Dutch side" let there be light". Fun!! Villa we stayed in, most comfortable, roomy with all mod cons. Carine a great hostess informative, helpful particularly sorting out the car....

just completed my most recent stay of two weeks at Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond. This property is located near Dawn Beach and several excellent restaurants many of which are within walking distance. The staff as always was very helpful during our stay. If you want a setting that is quiet in the evenings than this is the place for you.

We finished a bareboat sailing charter with The Moorings and didn't want to hurry back to our snowy Maine home. Les Balcons provided a perfect relaxing place next door to The Moorings to visit for 4 days after a particularly windy sail in the northern Leeward Islands! We found the bungalow very comfortable, well equipped and private, both inside and...

We spent 7 weeks 1/9-3/9, with Carine and David at Les Balcons. It was our 3rd year on the property. We love Les Balcons.its location on the French side, the accommodations, the maid service, the incredible friendly and caring atmosphere are unmatched. It is a true oasis!

We stayed at Les Balcons in February for 12 days in bungalow 21. What a great unit. We had a separate bedroom with a larger deck. The pictures on the website are accurate descriptions with the higher level units having a little better view of the pond. We have stayed at Les Balcons for a total of 5 times and...

Very homey and relaxed with a lovely view of the marina. Freshly baked bread in the morning. Was not fancy but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to good oyster pond restaurants. Because of the hillside location, walks take some energy, but are very nice and safe. Carine is an excellent hostess. Balconies each had ceiling fans...

We have been to St. Martin many times before staying in Grand Case and Philipsburg but WOW! this was so much better!! The location is great! Not far from either Marigot the Capitol on the French side or Philipsburg the Capitol on the Dutch side. Les Balcons has about 20 separate units all with big balconies and absolutely amazing views...
