Stayed here for the fourth time and it was fantastic! If you are looking for a really easy vacation experience this is for you. I have nothing bad to say about Les Balcons. I would not stay anywhere else. The web site and pictures represent exactly what you are getting.

We came back to Les Balcons for the forth time. Once again our stay was excellent. Corine greeted us like family members and as always our unit was in great shape. We love this place so much because it's like a small apartment. We have a nice kitchen to prepare lunch for the beach or to make an easy dinner...

Les Balcons is definitely a spot worth booking! It is truly a wonderful place to stay on the French side of the island—quiet and peaceful with an outstanding deck and an awesome view of the harbor. Oyster Pond is a great area to stay in; Les Balcons is located away from the traffic and bustle of the island (and cruise...

We spent 10 fabulous days at Les Balcons and highly recommend it and will definitely return. The website does a great job in showing the resort but in many ways does not do it justice. All of the rooms are similar, differing slightly with respect to various upgrades, but all offer the same view and the balconies are what make...

We spent 3 weeks at Les Balcons and enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the marina enjoying coffee & croisants was a treat as was relaxing with a wine during the evening. Our hosts, Carine and David, were very helpful and responded to every question we had and made excellent suggestions to find our way about....

We keep going back due to the comfort of the units and the friendliness of the people. Les balcony is a welcome home each year as Carrine is the sweetest person you could ever meet, and is so patient with each guest, spending much time to make each person welcome and help plan their time spent .

Waking up to pretty birds, flowers and an awesome view of Oyster Pond makes a great start to the day! Our unit's balcony was delightful with ceiling fans, comfy furniture and gas grill. Carin and David are so welcoming, pleasant and accommodating, it felt as if we were coming home. Affordable, convenient and so comfortable. We'll be back,

The view of the marina and Oyster Pond from the balcony of our suite with kitchenette is fantastic. The room was tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The owner Karine is very friendly, offered lots of customized suggestions and help for our visit to the Island.

We stayed for 10 nights and were thrilled with the accommodations, the location, the beautiful view from our "balcon", the quiet, the fresh baguettes in the morning (on request) the pool at the end of the day, and especially the owners, Carine and David. It felt like a small village with the wharf close by with restaurants and bars, a...

The price is a bit high, however it is worth it. Right above the lagoon, you can achieve a great breakfast atmosphere. High french culture...based on the french side. Gendarme always around this area which gives a sense of security
