On holiday up here with dog. Had Sunday lunch here. Meals OK, veg a bit soft and gravy watery but meat was excellent. Dog was welcome inside and slept under table while we ate. Would go again as very few catering establishments allow dogs.

Complete with its of the era low ceilings and contrasting oak beams, this lovely little Inn oozes (pardon the term) with history and atmosphere, an additional extra are the resident ghosts, nothing frightening, just mooching around as a place that old will have.
