The old lawyers offices refurbished and modernised with 4 bedrooms and a shared lounge and good size functional kitchen with large fridge, microwave. Lovely old fashioned furniture with modern bathrooms, heated towel rails. Bed was to die for with electric blankets. Small outside sitting area. Look for the old light switches in the halls and bedrooms. First bedrooms bathroom door... More

We stopped in Reefton to go rafting on the beautiful untouched Grey River with Nathan at Inland Adventures and stayed at Reef Cottage B&B (family - 2 adults, 2 children). It is a beautifully renovated house with 4 rooms (each with its own bathroom,TV etc) and a shared living/kitchen area. Very clean, quite, warm and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here... More

Beautiful, relaxing accommodation. Very clean, which is one of our priorities. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. We didn't stay in "the vault" room, but I believe it's a great option, but close to the road. Not that there's a lot of noise in Reefton. There's a lovely lounge and nice outdoor area. You can make your own breakfast or eat... More

An old building that has been thoughtfully updated to give four rooms with a period feel but good modern bathrooms. The front rooms get a bit of noise from the road, but it's not a highway and we were not disturbed at night. Breakfast is provided and is cooked to order in the cafe next door, also owned by Ronnie... More

Reef Cottage is a nice little B&B in "downtown" Reefton. It not a "cottage" - it's one of the old row house style buildings in the business section, next to their café, so don't be put off by the front entrance! We were in the king room which was very nicely decorated with a modern flair, very comfortable. All the... More

Had the most exceptional stay in this amazing boutique bed and breakfast. The bedding in particular was by far the best I have ever slept in. Quiet, quality, well located. I can't speak highly enough of it. My room was closest to the kitchen which was nice and convenient for my late night and early morning cuppa. Free wifi helped... More

The owner operators have made a good job of retaining some of the historical nature of their accommodation and the adjoining cafe. One ensuite even has a bathroom in an old vault. Being in the centre of this historic town makes it easy to walk to the major features. We were happy to call in for lunch a few weeks... More
