Stayed here for two nights with several family members as we were attending a function nearby. Overall it was a good stay, hotel is spacious, clean and tidy. Staff were helpful especially Prince, one of the waiters in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of food which the kids loved. If you order food it takes time to come however this seems to be standard in Ghana wherever you are eating. Pool was good with lots of seating. I would recommend

Visited this hotel again in Oct 2018 and I must say, customer service requires improvement. The staff are not exactly open to enquiries from guests and they take forever to get back to you. If you are particular about tea and coffee with condiments, it's better to have some spares with you to avoid disappointment. I have tried to avoid rooms at this hotel that are prone to noise without success. The wing facing the bar could be noisy when the music is loud and across the road from the hotel is also another bar with loud music. The air-conditioning units on balcony are also noisy. The choice at breakfast is not so great but overall, the food is good. Eastern Premier still remains the best in Koforidua.

A very nice new hotel in Koforidua. Big and clean rooms, nicely located at heart of the town but their service need a lots of improvements. Few observations: 1. Most of the stuff don't know the value of a smily face 2. Small things like milk with the coffee at your room not available 3. Any food you order outside the buffet need huge time( for me 1and half hour for 1 plate of noodles) 4. Very rigid behaviours of the restaurant and reception stuffs( like u ask for a 2nd key to keep your laptop or phone charging while you are dining will not be provided with a rude manner) Other than those small hiccup this hotel is a nice place to stay in Koforidua like town. Note : I have requested for milk to make coffee at midnight(as I was preparing some presentation till late night for next day morning) was served by the night reception stuff with a smile and it was prompt as per their standard. I think they have problem with the morning to evening stuffs who forget to smile and doesn't know how to delight a customer with a small favour or help.

Good hotel location. Clean rooms, diligent housekeeping crew and good cable TV. The hotel corridors are a bit stuffy and air circulation in the bathroom is poor. Restaurant serves meals on schedule. If you have zero tolerance for chilli, you're better off catching your meals offsite because the chef always adds chilli regardless of how much you emphasise that you don't want it.

I spent three nights at eastern premiere as part of a work engagement. It is a new hotel so the rooms are quite tidy. During the three nights there, my sheets were never changed. I was really hoping it would be changed after the second night since I got sick. My toilet required several flushes. This was eventually resolved after the second night. The breakfast buffet was the most disappointing of my whole experience. The kenkey was horrible the first day. Waakye on the second day was terrible and the fante kenkey on the last day was equally terrible. The food lacked innovation and taste. Considering the cost of the hotel, I was expecting much better.
