We recently had lunch at this hotel. It was an average experience and the food and service was good. Would have been better to have a wider selection but I am assuming for the area and guests, this would be OK Overall not a bad experience

PRO. Very nice staff, ok buffet breakfast and dinner restuarant. Good WiFI. Very nice pool area. CON. Outdated and old furnishings in hotel, restaurant and room. Very poor water pressure and insufficient hot water. No international channels on TV. No hair dryer. Need to keep logging into WiFI when moving around in the hotel. Too expensive (350GHS for a single room).

The room was ok. A little bit loveless arrangement. The pool is great. Very big. The dinner (I had Pizza) was very good. You can order fresh pressed juices. The stuff was very helpful. If there are to many (10) arriving guests in one time, they are a little bit overextended.

Spent a weekend here. After checking out two other hotels in Koforidua, we decided to stay here. Liked the place, as the room was good size and clean. The pool in the courtyard was nice and clean too. The hotel restaurant served, even though slow service, delicious baked Grouper and vegetarian pasta. The waiter was friendly and helpful. But the kitchen was very slow. At night, we had pizzas on the roof top open terrace. Again, had to wait more than an hour before the pizzas appeared. However, to our disappointment, the pizzas were doughy, thick crusted and full of ketchup. The breakfast buffet was OK though. The hotel decor borders kitschy. Found the receptionist not so helpful. Reluctantly, he gave the Wifi password. The room safe was out of order. The receptionist promised to send someone to fix it, but no one showed up. Wondered if he even bothered to find the mechanic. Found the design of the entire hotel a bit odd. The hotel does not command any view, even thought right in front stands a tall hill. But must admit, we were just happy to find a clean room and bathroom in Koforidua. The pool was a bonus. Since our expectation were pretty low, we were, over all, happy with the place despite the glitches.

mac dic has beautiful swimming pool, the restaurant is really and provides you with an exquisite restaurant feeling, the hotel his simply nice rooms. as far as meals are concerned , ther provide you with good local and continental dishes i really enjoy the "green green soup' and the fruit salad which i never missed. but i think management should work on the conference room since its too small, also management should get a good swimming pool attended since the pool side was always unattended to..... but great hotel i will go there any day and any time
