Initially I was a bit skeptical when I saw the hotel from the harbor as it was located right in front of numerous huge dangerous looking oil storage tanks! A very nice place with a helpful staff. The room was large, clean and well-equipped with a nice view on the harbour. They have cafeteria where you can buy lunch and dinner. We had lunch here a week ago while waiting to board our sailing ship the Rembrandt van Rijn. It was the only place that was open for a meal and I think it may have been the only hotel still open in the town.The cafe is quite basic, with a restricted menu: the hot dish appeared to be boiled chicken...

The hotel is quite comfortable. Mostly I stay in the hotel, singleroom with shower, when my travel is workrelated, and it's going to be there again. Privatly, I stay in the annex. The rooms are slightly old with zink, and a bit aggressive heaters, but it warms up quickly. You are mostly to get lots of privacy, so no problem...

“Try to ask for room with seaview, the seaview is always nice. The hotel is expanding with building now, ask if your room has view to the conference center. But nights are quiet.”
