We paid extra for a room that was kot above the bar however the noise from the bar was such that we couldnt sleep. I do not find it acceptable to pay extra for a quieter room and find the noise to be excessively loud. I would not recommend this to friends.

It's a quite small hotel with nice and friendly staff, located near the railway-station and very easy to find. Saturdays (and probably fridays) the sound from the club at the Bosco Lounge can be a bit noisy. We liked the hotel and the staff.

Nice friendly staff, good facilities, good breakfast. Just what we needed for a 1 night stay. For us the bed was too soft, we also like the option of a 5ft double bed. For others this is probably not a issue.

In London for Sunday Christening so only one night stay. Room, which was on the second floor, clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The room overlooked the main road but thanks to the double glazing was very quiet. Bar downstairs had an all swinging evening but was not intrusive and possibly finished at midnight.- didn't keep me awake. Breakfast...

Centrally located in Surbiton, my bedroom was to the back of the main road and very quiet. Did not have the chance to have breakfast/drinks, so cannot comment on that, but happy to return. The room (changed a room on the 3rd floor for 202) was very spacious, bed very comfortable.

Hotel was nice and clean, room and bathroom were lovely, breakfast was very good... but oh my god is the noise from the bar loud, i felt like i was trying to sleep IN the bar. We booked a room over the bar, however its more of a nightclub than a bar and the issue with noise wasnt mentioned when...

Been going to the Bosco for at least three years and multiple times during the year so that should say something to the quality and service of the hotel. Have actually recommended to friends and I know who has returned various times to the hotel

Fair enough we were in a room at a reduced rate, but it was not made clear just how much "residual noise" there would be from the bar downstairs. It was very loud and the music didn't stop until 1am. Otherwise the room was very nice quality, very clean and modern. Poor check out service though, we rang the bell...
