My wife and I have just spent 3 nights with the owners - Carlos, Valentina and their family - at this Finca - relaxing after several weeks' touring in Argentina. The location is a large old colonial style tobacco farm, situated a few kilometres from Coronel Moldes, a sleepy country town in the middle of the Salta valley region. This...

We specifically chose Santa Anita because we wanted to stay somewhere that gave us an insight into farm life and provided a warm family welcome, we didn't want to stay in an impersonal hotel. It is a beautiful location and we were served great food (especially at lunchtimes) but the welcome we received was far from warm, and bordered on...

This is a lovely place to relax. Great family who runs this agrotourism accommodation. The goat cheese must not be missed. Fresh, healthy meals a nice change from all the meat in Salta. The pets provide great company (do protect your food though, they are quite cheeky).

My friend and I stayed here for two nights at the start of our 10 day tour around Salta and we were not disappointed! Carlos was very welcoming and showed us round his beautiful property, the museum and the stunning lands surrounding his estancia. I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful food we ate. It was all delicious and...

This was my first time staying at the Finca Santa Anita and I loved every minute of it! I never expected to do so much while on vacation, between riding horses, going on tours, and looking around the farm, I never really found myself being bored. One thing I really found myself liking about the whole thing was how “homey”...

We stayed at Finca Santa Anita twice! Initially we were only staying for one night but after meeting Carlos and his family we decided to come back a few days later. The family are absolutely lovely and welcoming, the food was delicious, home-made, and many products are straight from the farm. The family have taken care to keep the house...

My grand mother and I were welcomed by smilingCarlos who despite the late hour had an amazing dinner prepared just for us. The room was spot clean, the beds comfy and the next day both breakfast and lunch were absolutely amazing. All home made! I recommend the tobacco museum and the horse ride. If I had to do it again,...

I decided to go around Argentina and I found this place which seemed pretty cool and fair priced. The first time I arrived there it was at night and I was pretty tired so I didn't see much of the place tho the rooms weren't very fancy which is exactly by my taste. The best thing was when I woke...

My 20 yr old son and I stayed at this wonderful Finca in May 2012. The house is beautiful, the hosts wonderful, helpful, informative, warm and friendly, willing to please but also giving space, letting guests set their own pace. The rooms aren’t super fancy but comfortable with unique furnishings and cool architectural details. It has a very peaceful feeling,...

We were surfing a lot of websites around Córdoba and Salta to find a small "agriturismo" with a possibility of horseback riding. Finally we decided to go here: reservation by e-mail went smoothly and they preordered also taxi from Salta bus station. The hospitality was excellent, also because it was low season, it felt really being a guest and not...
