A nice little and quiet campsite. Arrived to find it fairly busy but no great fuss or noise. Was pointed to my spot and pitched the tent without issue. Good hard standing next to each pitch for your vehicles. Visited the bar which is adequately stocked for the low number of visitors. Don't expect a pub-type atmosphere though - this...

Very friendly owners, very well maintained, exceptional individual shower room facilities. Our only complaint is that the automatic lighting in the shower/loo rooms turns off a little quickly and can be a little stubborn to switch back on.

Arrived in the peace and quiet, which was amazing. Beautiful setting, behind an old church in a valley protected by trees. The river was great for a paddle on a warm afternoon. Didnt manage to make it to the bar, but will go next time we visit! Showers and loos always wonderfully clean.

Just spent a wonderful few nights at this very peaceful site. Very well maintained with great toilet block. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Great walks with the dog, wonderful bird life with red kites a plenty. Just the place to unwind and take stock. We'll be back.

We stayed here as 2 couples for a 2 night stay as a base for our cycling weekend. We had a warm friendly welcome and would definitely stay here again and recommend it. It is a delightful little campsite in peaceful surroundings and close to near by towns.

We stayed here 4 nights, beautiful area. Campsite has everything, clean toilet block and good working showers. There is a fridge & microwave, the fridge came in handy to chill the wine. We visited the red kite feeding farm (giglam farm) about a 10 drive. Simply amazing! A must visit. Went to the red lion for dinner, fantastic little pub....

We hired the little wooden pod for the night. Great idea, lovely little undercover porch to sit outside and enjoy ouru cheese and wine. Beds a bit squeaky but generally quite comfy. Area is beautiful set next to a river (we swam in - freezing) and a little church. Grounds are well kept and toilet/shower facilities some of the best...

Lovely little place for peace and quiet. The camp was very well maintained and the showers were excellent. The family were very nice and only happy to help with anything. We have already recommended to friends and have marked it as a place to stay again!
