We wanted to discover something other than Amsterdam and have a romantic getaway in the countryside of Holland! This place was perfect! It was in the middle of nowhere and nearby Amsterdam. The rooms are cute and clean and the breakfast is fantastic. Everything is fresh and there's enough variety to choose from. They have a beautiful garden and the...

We booked this hotel as it is a short drive from Schipol Airport (Could not get any booking in Amsterdam...!) The hotel is located in really beautiful countryside. They are next to a golf course. The area is serene.. Complete contrast of Amsterdam...! The hotel is small. But, they have designed the all the elements wonderfully... Rooms, restaurant, gardens... In...

If you like the country-garden-style rustic outdoors, then this a great place for a visit. Its a bed-and-breakfast place in the green hart of Zuid Holland, with a restaurant set in a garden atmosphere. The indoor is nice, but the outdoor area is defenitely a preference. I was there in spring and in summer, once for a coffee and some...

Nice staff. The place is wonderful, designed. Beautiful garden, floral and spacious. Very quite in a agricultural zone. Near a golf club and course. Very good room, big with nice view to the garden. Large bathroom. Nice Breakfast. Please pay attention - Close to an International plane's route so until their is a hold of takeoffs you have noise. After...

Everything was basic. The rooms, the service, the breakfast. Everything was clean and tidy. I am sure the gardens will be beautiful. Via e-mail they were very communicative and helpful but in person we never saw a smile and they only spoke to us in Dutch. Odd experience actually. Would never stay here again.

A little off the beaten track, the Sfeerstal Hotel is a small place in a very peaceful setting amongst the backwaters or this rural area. I arrived late and reception was closed but I was greeted by the owner who lives alongside. I believe reception closes at 9pm. I had the room called 'Hop' which was ground floor. I was...

I visited this place with a friend on a quiet sunny Saturday morning, just for a coffee. I found a awesome tea and coffee garden, with lots of flowers where you can sit and relax in a quiet country-style garden atmosphere. The coffee was decent and 'boterkoek' more than nice. A very relaxing nice place, with not only a nice...

Its a nice hotel in a very quite village, away form the city. Not for ppl who do not have own transport. We stayed there for 2 nights, and it was very calm and quite. Breakfast isn't great, but fresh orange juice was quite good. So for the price you pay for it, I will rate it a very good...

The room and the property are great. However the location is not favorable due to the fact that it is hard to find a restauranr. And the reception is closed after 6 pm. So noone to ask. I ended up driving to Amsterdam for dinner. Breakfast is ok.
