We had a really good pre-Christmas meal with some friends at the Culbokie Inn.There was a good selection on the festive menu, and Christmas crackers and tablet. We had the Black Isle turkey, which was really succulent, and all the trimmings. The waiting staff were really friendly, and nothing was too much bother.Great to find somewhere in the area with good food at...

Had dinner here the last 2 nights. The local beer, called Happy Chappy went down very good and I don't drink a lot of beer. We had the same waitress both nights, which was another reason why we came back. If my wife and I were in the area, I'm sure she would have ended up on our Christmas card...

Staying at Netherton farm and had evening meal. Had a pint of the local ale which was good and got talking to Harvey who is a long standing member of the inns customers. I ordered Sea bass which was absolutely delicious. The hostess could not have been more welcoming and informed me that they run the local farm and try...

Visited here and had a lovely meal. We had two courses each, a soft drink and a beer. Bill came to approx £40 which is okay but a little bit steep for a country pub - might explain why it was so quiet. The lady serving was lovely and helpful and the food was delicious. We were the only people...

The Culbokie Inn has been refurbished and is under new management. Lovely bright, warm surroundings and a very tempting menu has served us well on 2 visits recent visits. A birthday lunch menu was very satisfying and an evening meal with friends was superb. Compliments to the chef were well deserved! We recommend you to give it a try.

Wanting to support a local business went for early evening Sunday meal. Friendly welcome, clean, neutral decor. Little cool temperature wise. Only handful of other diners. Roast beef option was generous and satisfying with lots of veg. Steak was undercooked so sent back and then was over. Had pudding as on premier dining card, but sticky toffee pudding was not...

We had dinner here while on an overnight stay in Culbokie. This pub has a lovely atmosphere and was a very pleasant place to spend the evening. I had Lasagne which was really delicious and was a big portion. It was a Friday night and I was surprised at how quiet it was given how delicious the food was. Perhaps...

Culbokie Inn is one of those gems, a local small bar and a fabulous restaurant, with delicious food, excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. It is a local restaurant, which, generally, only locals use, so do not tell anybody or it will be filled with tourists and loose its local ambience. The menu is packed with the most gorgeous meals,...

Just back from the Culbokie Inn after having a lovely meal for a Birthday celebration. 10 of us including three elderly and three children were delighted with our meal. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The menu had lots of choices and the food quality and presentation was great. We would highly recommend this restaurant. We are very pleased...

Four of us booked in for dinner on Saturday - I had not been in the place for many years, but heard good reports and thought we would give it a try - and we are all glad that we did. Although some of the items on the menu were 'sold out' , we all had a terrific meal which...
