Bilut Homestay is located at Bentong Durian Bilut Hill with nature view of green scenery. Road leading to homestay had been tar nicely. No more rocks/bumpy road as reported in older reviews. However, there is a steep high curve corner as you drive up just before reaching lobby. Walkways has quite high slopes, therefore may not be suitable for senior folks with weak legs. Weather is quite hot in June. Many activities such as karaoke, game room, rabbit and parrot farm. There is a swimming pool. Group hiking at 6.40am. Sports activities for a fee such as ATV ride, flying fox, archery, rock climbing etc. We stayed for 1 night. My friends(5 pax) stayed in D03 Villa. I stayed in F03 Glass Suite. Glass Suite room is very small with aircond and fan. No table and no chair inside room. Also no TV to watch. There is a garden table and chair at the room balcony. Room has a kettle, water bottle, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and tissue box. Bathroom has shampoo, body wash and toothbrush kit. Bath towel and hand towel is placed on luggage table outside bathroom. Meals included are tea, dinner steamboat and breakfast. All meals are buffet. Food is generally good in taste especially nasi lemak and steamboat soup. However, no chicken being serve at breakfast which is a dissappointment.

This place has been thoughtfully designed. If you’re a flora and fauna enthusiast, this place is a treat! Some plants require full sun, while others partial sun - the resort has planted their plants in suitable locations where they thrive. The amenities are good, they kept my family, including our children, pleasantly occupied. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are here to take some nice photos to be posted on social media then its ideal for you, if not go elsewhere. During our 1st holiday after the pandemic, we plan to do a local road trip by supporting the local tourism and we picked here mainly because we were tricked by some nice photos on social media. How wrong we were! The so called "hill resort" is only 700 feet up which means dont expect cool temperature , in fact its warmer than the city. Except for some instagrammable photos shots, nothing much here. The so called sunrise hike is only 20 minutes hike to a small hill and there are no other hiking opportunities here. The highlight will be the infinity pool . If you are here for more than 1 night , you will be bored except if you like singing. The worst part is the room, our room , the kampung house only consists of 1 double bed and 1 single bed and nothing , no chairs, no tables , not even enough space to place your luggage, leave us no choice but to put everything on the single bed. Want to sit?? on you bed or a stool at the balcony. We were in April , when mask was still mandatory but the resort not only did nothing to remain their guests but their own staff also with no mask on. 1 of my worst choice of all time, and the resort do not come cheap. Again, only come if you want to take some photos to be posted on social media or look elsewhere, there are a lot of better choices nearby.

The resorts were built on hills with exquisite sceneries and cold fresh air, Visitors can choose either to immerse in the beauty of nature and embrace the fresh mountain air, or they can engage themselves with leisure activities that are available from time to time. Leisure activities including karaoke suites, dart machines, pool table, arcade machines, night barbecue, hiking and extreme sports (archery, sports climbing, fly fox and ATV) that are charged separately. This resort is suitable for visitors of any age group, and trips for team-building, photography or with families are highly recommended. Not to mention the barbecue lambs that are served during dinners are an absolute treat!

We stayed in Kampung House (Villa Suite) that accommodates 3 persons. It is located about 200 m from the reception counter. The Villa is the right choice for those to enjoy quiet environment. However, due to its secluded location, buggy is not able to drop the customers off directly outside of the Villa. Guests have to walk in order to reach the Villa. Therefore, make your choice based on your need. We enjoyed the greenery view from the Villa. We had a relaxing afternoon in the balcony while listening to birds’ singing. Check-in time is at 2pm. The staff briefed us the various activities available in Bilut Hills. We took 2D1N package inclusive of light tea break (3pm – 4pm), steamboat dinner (6.30pm onwards) and local breakfast buffet (8am – 10am). The food portion for the steamboat dinner was big. The breakfast was tasty and exceeded our expectation. The café does provide ala-carte meals from 11am to 8.30pm. Alcoholic beverages are served in Bistro Garden. Guests are required to bring their toiletries. Hot/cold drinking water dispenser is available in the common area and café for guests. Overall, it is a good short getaway to spend time in nature (hiking, swimming, fruit farm and bunny farm visit, flying fox, all-terrain vehicle@ATV, rock climbing etc.). Unfortunately, we could not eat durian for it was not the season during our visit.

1st, there are different types of rooms. Some room type especially glass room is without toilet insides the room. But, a few steps outsides. But, the view of those rooms are nice. We stayed in a quite isolated rooms which consists of 2 units with 200 meter walk on th path. Overall, the area of whole resort built on quite steep slope and not suitable for old people having problem with walking. Further to that, you need to bring your own tower and toiletries. The scene is super nice and relaxing. At night is quite cold but, no as cold as Genting while day time is quite hot. They have some free activities like karaoke, rabbits farm and paid activities. It would be good if you go there before sunset as it would be quite dark at night without street lights. The road from plantation to the top is quite steep. As for breakfast, it is just the normal Malaysian food like nasi lemak, fried mee etc.

This is a hidden gem surrounded by oil palm estate. We stayed overnight with a group of 3 families at Bilut Hills in August and it is just nice for the durian season. Upon arrival, we checked in to our room E-03 which requires a bit of walk up a slope. Generally the room is very small, not even a space for you to add in extra bed, so do not bother to spend extra money to request extra mattress, better to get the family room instead. The toilet smells of sewage badly, hopefully the management can look into this. We were lucky that day the boss treat us "eat-all you can" durian D24 from 4-4.30pm on that day. Their durians are superb, and u can get musang king durian at discounted rate also. The price of their durian fluctuates everyday though. After the durian session, we can walk down the slope to their mini rabbit farm and a stream next to it. Evening time we have bbq dinner in house. They also have in house kara-ok rooms for the guests to sing their lungs out. Beautiful sunrise and a cozy roof top for you to chills & relax with family. The breakfast is very simple but sufficient. Overall, this property is good for overnight stay but not more than that.

It is situated on the top of the hill, so you can overlook the hlll just inside your guest room with large windows on all sides. The view is awesome and view on sunrise is beautiful. The staffs are polite and responsible. Foods of the dinner and breakfast are enjoyable and of local tastes. The durian provided is good with trees inside the resort. However, it is far away from KL, nearly 2 hours away. In addition, there will be some insects and even small rats inside your room as there are gaps between your room and the external.
