We spent two nights in our beautiful, quiet room where the owners had definitely gone the extra mile to make us welcome. The bed was comfortable, the property spotlessly clean throughout, a contemporary bathroom, generous amenities and all underpinned by a flexible and service oriented approach. We asked for breakfast early in the Saturday and nothing was too much trouble....

Simply the best guest house we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, superb breakfasts and attention to every detail. Our room was beautifully decorated. Mark and Michelle are lovely friendly and hospitable hosts who offer a warm welcome. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing and beautiful stay at The Manor Guest House. My mother and I stayed in a stunning twin room, so beautifully decorated and meticulously clean it was fit for a princess! The beds were so soft and cosy that we just melted into them after each long day of walking, while I have never see n a bathroom so spotless....

From the minute I checked in the whole "manor" experience was excellent. Mark gave me a warm welcome and showed me to my fabulous spotless room. Breakfast was sensational and nothing was too much trouble. Very Very highly recommended.

Just home from a two night stay for a family birthday party. Wonderful service and choice of breakfast although my husband was too hung over to eat it on Sunday morning (!) and had a relaxing day on Saturday to get ready for the party. Thank you very much...

From the moment we walked in, Mark and Michelle looked after us to their fullest. Everything from the restaurant recommendations, to the expansive DVD catalogue, to the offer to drive us to our next destination, it truly felt like we were welcome guests in their family home. Stayed for two nights very relaxing, A warm welcome and you feel at home the minute you walk through the door . Breakfast is excellent. The property is well cared for and you can see and feel the commitment and passion the owners have for the business. Visit you will not be disappointed.

Cannot rate highly enough, lovely welcoming couple Mark and Michelle,made our weekend perfect when we arrived late afternoon we hadn't eaten, but thought it was too early to for evening meal so my partner asked Mark if we could get a sandwich he then made us a lovely afternoon tea with choice of sandwiches, cakes crisps and salad, and lovely...

The Manor Guest house was everything in which previous reviews have stated and did not disappoint in any way. If you want a luxurious homely break, this is the place to stay.
