First and foremost, we had our stay from 29/12/2020 until 31/12/2020 for a short vacation with my family. 1 day prior before arrival, i've made a call through the FO and request for comp anniversary deco but it is chcargeable instead around RM150 which was alright. During the process i've asked what sort of deco do they display and then they suddenly told me to contact the housekeeping instead to gather more info which was quite weird. Later on, another receptionist (Suraya) called me and happily assist me for setting the decoration for my parents and the overall was amazing which made my parents suprised. Kudos to Suraya & the team. On the next day, when we were about to leave for our activity, there was an unexpected incident where our car rear window was shattered due to contractor using grass trimmer right next to our cutter which cause several stones flew right through our rear window and was not happy about it. But then, the management willing to replace the new window on their behalf and able to settle it during the same day. Overall, the room was delightful but not much of soundproof room as the neighbor room were very loud and we can hear their voice. Other than that, we are glad to stay here with the management able to go for extra mile for the deco and change the car window. Great location! In a quiet village at the base of Bukit Melawati near the eco reserve and river. Very near to Sky Mirror tours. The hotel staff were polite but struggled to answer questions or help with simple requests such as additional toilet paper. The rooms have been updated but the wallpaper is peeling throughout. The bathrooms have been redone but the water pressure is very poor. The bedsheets had stains and hair from the cleaning staff. The breakfast was local fare and not suitable to special diets. The price is good and the grounds are pretty. The small chalets give it a special feel. Beware of monkeys that roam freely and make sure you secure your trash. This is a great hotel for budget travelers but might be disappointing to expatriate travelers who are looking for nicer amenities.…

We as a family enjoyed our stay at Depalma Eco Rsort. We may go again if they offer the good price in the future ( They are having good offer / promotion at their social media channels / website ). My review is as follows 1. Value for Money ( Worth Every Penny We Paid ) 2. Clean Room / Well Maintained ( Hot Water, Clean Towel, Clean Bedsheet, Tea / Coffee ) 3. Chalet ( means you stay in a private House rather than a Hotel room ) 4. Malay village like houses / Chalet ( Privacy ensured ) . We liked the Chalet, it is renovated and well maintained 5. If you go by car, all attractions are nearby , like Malawati Hill, Taman Alam Park, Sky Mirror ( 6. Recommended Food outside hotel are Auntie Kopitiam, Auntie Foo Kopitiam ( I only ate these two and liked it ) 7. Food at Rumbia Coffe House is acceptable . Each menu costs between RM 12 - RM 16. We ordered 3 dishes and paid RM 44 that is acceptable, considering we are eating a restaurant…

Situated in Kuala Selangor, this resort is within the price affordable to us with breakfast included. Chalets are available in few types, Junior, Executive or Family Beautiful big swimming pool with children's area are also available The architecture of the chalets are built with the malay kampung style which makes you feel at home away from home Rooms are well maintained with showers, TV, Mini Fridge and a very comfortable bed to tuck in at night. This resort not only caters for visitors, they cater for group team building activities, seminars or meetings for companies. By chance we would bump into some monkeys roaming around the resort. They are friendly. Recommended to all friends and families to experience a good stay here.
