Very hospitable comfortable dog friendly room. Great food and ideal base for visiting rye, camber sands and winchealsea. Only two rooms in converted stable block in the garden away from the pub. Peaceful location. Although had free wifi it wasn't a good connection.
After a lovely ramble round Rye & then the harbour, we ended the evening with a lovely meal at the Bell. Lovely menu, nicely served, tasty without being fussy.
Quite busy for a Friday in Feb, & congenial atmosphere.
