From the welcoming staff, comfortable room with all the amenities one could hope for, including fresh milk in the fridge and glory be - bars of soap, not those terrible dispensers that seem to be the...

We thoroughly enjoyed our over-night stop at The Old Coach House. The room was all that we expected, with little touches here and there to add a feel of luxury. Breakfast was very good and the hosts ensured that we felt "looked after" and important. We will certainly be back another day.

Arrived and a sign lad us to reception where we found information giving us our key and room information. Later Jacky came and introduced herself in a friendly manner, discussing where we could get an evening meal and that breakfast would be served across the garden.

I was travelling 100 miles for a morning event at Studley Royal and needed a local overnight stay. I booked this B&B due to it's excellent tripadvisor rating and was certainly not disappointed with my room (Dales No1). The decor, fittings, fixtures and 'complimentaries' in the bedroom and en-suite shower room were equal to that of many £150 per night...
