We stayed here a couple of nights to visit Cheddar Gorge. This hotel was clean, warm, comfortable and the owners so attentive and friendly. Can recommend 100 per cent 😀 The room was lovely and had a bath ..which is a must for me. Just 3 miles from Cheddar Gorge and all it has to offer.

The rooms are sympathetically restored to a very high standard and retain their old world character but with modern amenities. Graham and Jeremy are outstanding hosts and the breakfasts, which are cooked to order, are to the same high standards. This is our 3rd stay and we will certainly return. Thank you Graham and Jeremy for such a pleasant and...

Wow! what can I say, Graham and Jeremy are the most gracious, welcoming hosts, nothing is too much trouble, we enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay. The Old Manor House is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming, it has a modern feel without loosing its 400 year old character. Our room was spacious but warm and cosy with a...

The Old Manor House is an absolute treat. In booking for the half-term break, we were worried about bringing our children (ages 9 and 11) to a B&B, but Graham, our host, went well above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. The room and bath were immaculate and spotless, replete with the fluffiest towels and very comfortable beds....

We just wanted a weekend away and found the most perfect B&B in the old manor house. Great room, a very good breakfast and a relaxing lounge to watch the Rugby. The new inn across the road serves very good food and a warm atmosphere. Could not have wished for better hosts.

Over the years, we have stayed at many Hotels and B&B in the UK, and overseas on both business and pleasure but this is the best B&B that we have ever stayed at. This is based on our interaction with the Owners, the décor, the rooms, the amenities, the breakfast and the atmosphere. The rooms are modern and well decorated...

Cannot give this a higher review, so welcoming with comfy beds and gorgeous lounge area. Cosy up with a hot chocolate next to the fire and enjoy high standard breakfast with a delicious bistro pub across the road for dinner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
