Thank you to those who have travelled to Limni and written comments. They were useful in encouraging us to take the two hour bus trip from Halkida to this charming little fishing village. This hotel is situated right across from the KTEL bus stop. We had not booked beforehand and were lucky to get a room with a balcony with a sea view. Comfortable size and clean. Effective air conditioning. The sign in the bathroom about not to put paper down the toilet means ANY paper!! No hair dryer and no fridge. Ideal...

I must say, finding a hotel in Limni is a very hard thing to do. Most of the lodgings there are apartments, with fully equipped kitchens which increase their prices a lot! On top of that, the majority of them are on or at the end of uphill roads. Walking for 10-20 minutes after a day at the beach (especially...
