Having spent 20 hours travelling via London/Bangkok/Krabi we wanted a cheap quiet room for the night before going on to Koh Lanta. The Palmari fitted the bill and was only 10 minutes from the airport. The room at the rear of the hotel was functional, quiet and exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a good breakfast at the attached cafe/bar.

We stayed here after a late night arrival in Krabi before continuing on to Ko Lanta the next day.  If you call ahead, the hotel will pick you up from the airport, which is about a five-minute ride away.  Be sure to call (rather than email) to arrange the pickup as they said they don't always see the emails right away.

The hotel is only about a year old.  The lady who runs the hotel was very nice and welcoming and knows English well.  The room was fairly basic but very clean and comfortable.  Everything is in new condition.  There's free wifi which works well.  There's a little cafe next door where you can have breakfast and a night market a short stroll away, though we didn't check this out as we were too tired!

They also gave us a lift back to the airport the next morning to pick up our rental car.  Overall, this is a really convenient and comfortable place to stay for a night or two near Krabi airport.  For the price, we thought it was a great value.

If your looking for a place to relax after flights - Well look again caus it's not here.

Even though the hotel looks nice!
First there's a unbearable construction noise
+ Loud city noise.
Second the beds had flying bugs on them.

I wish I had found a different place

And the cherry on the top the staff.
These people are rotten. act with such despair, vain as if they are captured animals.
Not getting paid.
Forced to live their lives in a cage.

I have been in over 100 hotels in my travel in Asia and I tell you - go sleep in the airport it's better.

First of all they sell the hotel as a “boutique hotel” but is nothing more than a cheap hotel far from everywhere… even though they say is close to the airport you are still 15 min away and at least a taxi will charge you 200 bath. From Krabi center is 200-250 baths.
Second we pay waaaaay to much for the hotel $58 USD. For less money ($47) we stayed at the Marimie Park & Spa a much better hotel.
The worst part is that when we arrived to the hotel my wife enter to the bathroom and tried to pull the glass door from the shower, and after two minutes the door crashed and my wife almost got injured. Luckily my wife was fine but the manager of the hotel instead of helping he started shouting in Thai and threatened us that he will call the police… we did nothing wrong so we waited for the police. When the policeman arrived he didn’t speak a word in English and the manager start talking with him in Thai… at the end the policeman left without being any help to anybody. We decided to leave the hotel and it was VERY difficult to find a taxi in the area.
At the end we changed hotels and we had a pleasant night after this horrible experience.
Avoid problems and keep away from this hotel and form this type of personnel that will ruin your trip experience!

We arrived late in Krabi airport and could not travel to our final hotel destination that night. Palmari Boutique hotel was recommended from the final Resort we booked as a place to stay and we did not regret the choice. The hotel send a taxi to the airport to pick us up, which was helpful as I had the impression that it is not so easy to get taxis on the airport at any time. The hotel stuff is extremely friendly and the hotel room is very clean and fresh renovated. In the morning we could get breakfast in the restaurant belonging to the hotel. The food was great too. We can highly recommend this hotel for a short term / overnight stay.

Really nice place. Highly recommend. The host and all the workers are very friendly and helpful. They printed boarding passes for us. The hotel is well equipped, food there is very tasty and absolutely loved the architecture of the building. Lovely place for animal lovers, as they have three dogs, few cats and a lot of fish too. The place is close to the airport, they can organise taxi for 200 baht, which is cheaper than grab or getting a taxi from the street. There is table tennis there, small gym and they even have badminton rackets. Nice variety of beer and ale. We ate brownie made by the owner and it was one of the best brownies I’ve ever eaten! 5*!!!

We stayed for one night prior to an early flight out of krabi. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the room was clean and spacious. They provided a lift to the airport for 200 baht.
Downstairs is a trendy cafe, the breakfast was great.

Was on Koh Lanta and had to leave at 8pm because island shut down due to fun run. I had morning flight from Krabi next day so driver took me to this hotel close to airport. Friendly staff clean and quiet room. I didn’t get chance to try restaurant but have no problem recommending this hotel.
Cheers Cheryl

My answer is that they probably could, and would, if requested. I imagine the cost to be around baht 300 to 400 as the Palmari is only 5.3 km from the airport. For convenience sake I would suggest taking a taxi from airport, as there are many, and not expensive. Otherwise, email the hotel and ask/request a pickup. The owner, a young lady, speaks excellent English (better than I do), and will no doubt respond appropriately. Good luck. I hope this helps. Victor
