We decided to stay at the Shushi Grand hotel just by chance after a long day of driving and were too tired to look for another hotel. This ended up being the best decision we could have made. The hotel rooms are large and spacious and were meticulously clean. Extremely comfortable mattresses...easily our best during our stay in Armenia (maybe...

Started for one night in this great hotel. Staff are very nice people and quite a few speak decent English which is useful given my lack of Armenian/Russian. Room are comfy and have all amenities you can think off e.g. comb, razor, shampoo,... Their restaurant is simply great and not expensive while breakfast is basic but good. Would definitely recommend...

Beautiful garden. We had a twin bedroom with extra bed, and frankly speaking the rooms were nicely decorated and big; even with the extra bed we had so much space to move around the room comfortably. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Very helpful staff. It is a very organized and well-managed hotel. Highly recommended

I stayed here twice, and both times it was a perfect experience. Nice spot, in the center with a good view, super calm, clean and good food. The rooms size is good, very comfy beds. Also, a good parking lot in the shade. The outdoor terrace a perfect spot to have your breakfast.

I spent 2 nights there with my daughter when we made a three day tour. The hotel is quite modest but the rooms were very spacious. The wifi worked best in one of the corners of the room. The hotel had a restaurant, serving breakfast. Nothing fancy but acceptable. In front of the hotel is a small park with a...

I last visited the hotel in the August of 2011 and the hotel is still great over two years later. Upon arrival the staff was very nice and friendly. They entertained my children and gave us Armenian drinks while we were waiting to go to our rooms. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel...
