Friendly service, good size rooms but not overly clean. The shower is hot and powerful, but the "Heat Lamp" is L.E.D.? The hospitality breakfast room is open to party in and offers a large TV and a fireplace. The in room TV's are from my youth and i am a grandpa. The price id too high by around 40%, but...

I needed a hotel in Gold River since I was catching the Uchuck3 the next day for a trip. This place was clean and quiet. Ask about the special rates for travellers taking the Uchuck since they do offer discount. Breakfast are included but don't expect too much.

I have stayed here a couple of times now and it's been very nice, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly, breakfast room is decently stocked with cereals, bagels, breads and breakfast condiments. Of course coffee - and very good coffee at that. Coffee makers are included in the rooms for those not wanting to venture out in the morning. There...

My wife and I stayed at the Ridgeview overnight on way to our fishing adventure out of Tahsis @ Rodgers Fishing Lodge. We found the property clean and easy to access in and out and enjoyed the casual self serve breakfast room. If you're looking for someplace clean and easy at a reasonable price this is a good choice. The...

Checked in and asked questions re boat launch and place to eat. They had no clue of either. Thought place was closed as we were only ones there. Room looked like it had not been cleaned, and not certain if linens were changed. Flood lights in room and bathroom. Have traveled tons but this was the worst. Silver lining is...

We seemed to be the only guests when we checked in to this quite large motel that was both sides of the road, and by the time we left we'd seen only one other couple and we think that was it as there were no other vehicles in the car park. The room was basic and we noticed it was...

We were overnight at Ridgeview Motor Inn where there was a Scottish-themed bar and with amazing views up into the local mountains. This is the back of beyond (for Europeans) and don't expect a hotel - this is as much a lorry driver's stopover as somewhere for tourists. Perfectly clean and adequate

We enjoyed our experience. Thus sweet family establishment has spectacular lofty alpine views. The room was, nice restful with a world class view and tranquil sound of falling water. They provided us with coffee maker and refrigerator/ microwave. It is a short walk from the splendid Ridge Roadhouse Pub, which has food second to none. The hotel is easy walk...

Your basic motel. Clean with no extras. WIFI is very unreliable and you must take a walk to find the signal. Breakfast is included which is very "contiental". Toast, juice and coffee. The cruise on the MV Uchuk is probably the best deal around. $60.00 CAD for a senior fare. The trip is all day and stops at fish farms...

Wanted to drive at the end of the road and found this "inn" online. Their old website said they had a suite with a hot tub. When I called the receptionist was very confused, but admitted that yes that was their website, but no there is no such room. It is a motel, but the price is high for the...
