This is the first hostel that I ever stayed in and by far the best. The staff make you feel welcome and I became friends with all of the staff and eventually went traveling the country with them. The hostel is very friendly and out going as well as the positive nature of the staff the hostel has a rule...

The hostel as an hostel is fine. Even though is a small one it fulfills with the basic services, or kind of. Because of the size everything feels very close to you and the privacy is not longer of your own. Does not really matter if you are used to travel. But the hostel is owned by a french man,...

So i booked this hostel with the intentions of only staying for a few nights but ended up staying for over 3 months. When i first arrived I was slightly taken back by the amount of French people who were staying here (don't let this put you off - there actually lovely) With the hostel being smaller and compact you...

I had the chance to stay couple of weeks at borders beyond and I was very happy being and a nice and tidy family hostel. Close to the city center (10mn walk) but very quiet at night which is always enjoyable. The hostel is full of good vibes and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager know how...

We stayed in a 4 bed dorm room which was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and lounge area are very small and cramped, it was difficult to cook as there were so many people and then there was no where to sit. A lovely place but a bit too cramped. The staff were lovely though, really great friendly people.

Well, Rather than saying I stayed, I'll say I lived in this backpacker for 3.5 months because this is definitely the best hostel experience I've ever had! David the owner and all the staff members are amazing! They'll give you a warm welcome and if you just arrived on a working holiday, they'll give you heaps of precious tips so...

When I saw first the hostel I was thinking, that it's nothing special at the but as I knew from previous experience in hostels, it's only when you stay a bit that you see if it's a good place. But one thing let me stray on my first day liked this hostel: the Manager. A lovely, friendly frog full of...

Stayed here 2 nights when we first arrived in Auckland we were greeted by the manager who was very friendly and helpful with lots of tips and advice, he was the only positive of the whole experience - he showed us to our room which was basic as you would expect but had a horrible smell to it, we couldn't...

The hostel is run by a French guy and mostly attracts French backpackers who seem to be long term residents of the hostel. This can be slightly intimidating and socially isolating at first but if you're here for a few days they're a pretty fun crowd to hang out with. Other than that, for the price the hostel is pretty...

Really nice small hostel, with nice staff, confortable beds and 15min by walk from main attractions. The reasons why I can t give more stars are that there is only one hour of free wifi, if you want more you have to pay. The same with the showers, each time you want to take a shower you need to put...
