Stayed here a couple of days with spacious big room and neat, tidy and comfy suite. The bed is so soft with comfy pillow that allows you to have a deep r t and sleep through the night, with no disturbance. Staff are friendly and helpful to assist you at all times throughout the day. Only challenge is the amount of cafes and eating outlets are limited, however overall experience is exceptional fantabulous ☺️☺️☺️

I checked in on the 20th Jan (late at nite around 11 pm plus) and checked out on the 21st Jan on the early morning 7 am plus. It was just a short stay as I just need a place to rest before my next day seminar.

I would honestly said that the booking,, the check in,,the place,,the room, the breakfast and actually almost everything is prefect...I would have give 5/5 if not because of one particular incident that really spook me off!

As I was about to doze off..I suddenly realized that there were two men trying to enter my room. And actually they did have the key to it (will explain later on why to this) but thank God they failed to enter as due to I slashed it up (with the hook at the door). They tried their key twice and they are a bit shock on why they cant open it up properly. As they heard my voice inside - they were shocked as well and quickly closed the door and then I can heard them saying "Mengapa ada orang di dalam?" (Why there is someone inside the room?)

I quickly called the receptionist (a woman with short hair and spec pick it up - as she described herself later) and she told me she will investigate on this matter. Few minutes later, I called her again and demand an explanation to it.

She apologized for the misunderstanding and the issue that happened as she admit that she was the one that give the key to that two men (walked in) as according to the system my room was actually empty and that's why she gave it to them. I was furious and I said how can it be empty whereby the I have the key and the system for sure has my name in it. Alas, she told me that the man that did my check in just now...have issued me the key (let's say it is Room A)...and yet in the system it was stated as Room B occupied and Room A is empty!

What I dont like is (altho I cant deny that its indeed her colleague's fault) - she pushed all the blame to her colleague. Eventho she did apologized numerously but at the same time she was defending herself and blame it to her colleague - which I found it very annoying and very unprofessional!

When I asked her "That's it? That's all u are going to say? That's it?" She just say.."ya itu sahajalah"..."yes..that's it"...gosh!! I am not expecting for anything but at least be a bit more professional in apologizing!!

The next thing - I dont think the house keeping did their job well. As there was left over water in the electric kettle (house keeping should have throw and clean it up before the next guest checking in isnt it?) and the two cups are dirty (photo attach: one of the cup)...tea or coffee stains. I kinda doubt do they really wash it or not.

The rest are ok...but I guess the management should really look into their receptionist and their house keeping side.

A good place to stay with your family. The room are not that spacious but it's cosy enough for your family to stay. Just one minute away from Bangi Wonderland Water Theme Park (you can even see it from your room) and few minutes drive from UKM. Breakfast variety was delicious. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and you can get all your needs there. You also can find restaurant within the supermarket or you can drive to Bandar Mahkota town located about 10-15 minutes drive from the hotel. Highly recommended for those who is on a business trip.

Came here with my family. The deluxe room with ticket is so easier for me to start my holiday. The check in is at 2 pm. Even you buy the ticket make special request still will not agrwe for that. Its okay. The frontliner is helpful especially the guy like sabahan or sarawakian. I forgot to aske name. The parking quite confusing n apart from hotel making me feel frustrated a bit. the decoration in hotel n rooms are beautiful. The most important thing is I want to thank you Rahim and Amy for helping me with my mum's breakfast. Thank you very much. Hopefully the hotel will awarded them for their good deed and attitude. Thank you thank you thank you. Only 1 thing upset me is the check out alsways give me the same answer cannot gv until 1 coz theres a group came. Huh! I checked in at 3.30 and I never mind about the late check in. So overal nice place to stay if u plan to go bangi wonderland.

Overall it is a new hotel but unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the whole hotel was blackout for almost 1 hour. The staff tried their best to settle the problem. The breakfast buffet is just nice with variety types of foods.

Its a new hotel in town, seems like budget hotel but once enter the lobby it was like walking in 4 to 5 stars hotel.

Check in was quite lousy as tgey didn’t received my booking through Traveloka but they already reserved the room. I book a room for 4 pax adult.

The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Only the mattress was like some cheap single mattress for the main bed. Staff was very attentive, the environment was clean including their lobby toilet.

Breakfast was great! Better than some 4-5 stars hotel I visit before. Will coming back next year. Overall experience was great! Hope they sustain and not increase their rate.

Tips : book direct to get better rates!

Came to accompany my wife at night as she was having her workshop for two days. As I came with the bike the most inconvenience thingy is the parking which is located very far from the hotel block which I then have to walk all the way to the hotel, internet connection is i think very poor and the TV channel is completely nothing as compare to my house and room facilities and the amenities was like just something that you may find in ordinary budget hotel in KL not comparable to the strucutre and the way the hotel was being designed which I would say pretty impressive for such an area in Bukit Mahkota ... Can't really make any recommendation as to why people should go and stay there.....

I stayed for 8 nights and the TV only has 2 english channels and then the internet is not reliable enough for work
The accommodations are excellent and the food was acceptable
It is visited by large number of local visitors so many morning the breakfast was really crowded, so it is better to come a little late to avoid crowds

My housemate, her family of 3 and stayed at this hotel for one night only. We booked 2 rooms via Booking.com. Our main plan was to visit the Bangi Wonderland in the first place but unfortunately we finally thought that it was not necessary so we decided to go shopping the
next day at the IOI shopping centre. 😅

What I can say about this hotel is the room was spacious, clean and well cared. The parking area to the lobby was surrounded by well designed garden. Our family tradition during vacation is always to have at least a photo at the hotel lobby entrance.

The hotel deco was fantastic. Highly recommended and the price was reasonable.
Overall it was a wonderful one night stay!

Wonderful new property in Bangi. Very comfortable rooms and great amenities. Spacious too. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Check-in, checkout was a breeze.
Since they are new, they don't have lunch or dinner services at their Cafe yet. (but they should be starting soon) The buffet breakfast is fabulous though. Lots of options to choose from for the breakfast.
I requested for a bread toaster for an evening to make sandwiches for dinner, and they happily obliged. Appreciate this.
I also used their conference room for a meeting and was very satisfied with their facilities.
The town is relatively small, and not much to do here. Once the convention center near the hotel opens up, there would be good rush here.
There's a Waterpark right opposite the hotel. Do check it's reviews before planning. The CS shopping complex is nearby too. There's a 24hr convenience store too at walking distance.

About 20 mins drive from UKM n few minutes away from KUIS (if I'm not mistaken). Grab is the easiest public transportation you can have there.
