Used to be very good but has slipped a lot. Noisy, room not clean ,tub would not hold water, slow drains. elevator broken and no longer has full food service on site. They are working on rooms but have a long way to come back and food service is a must - if I have to eat next door, I...

Thank you for your feedback and we are in the process of some major renovations in the up coming months. We are also hoping that our onsite restaurant will be open very soon as well. But we do have the complimentary continental breakfast daily for our hotel guests in the mean time. And we hope that you will come back...

The hotel is pretty old. However they are renovating. My housekeeper was a very friendly nice lady. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The room served its purpose. The internet on the 9th floor was a bit slow. I had to upload some files. Some documents were too large. I ended up taking my laptop to the lobby...

They've got good and bad points. The staff and location are perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They need to make the shower heads higher not everyone is under 5 feet tall and controlling the water pressure to save money really doesn't work when you take into fact that 90% of people probably stay in the shower longer to...

There's a reason this hotel is ranked #23 out of 23 hotels in Richmond. We gave it a rating of one because zero is not an option. My wife and I booked and paid for a three night stay through Expedia from Mar. 1 - 4. The first room we were given smelled like stale cigarettes and old mouldy carpets....

The 2 of us stayed at this hotel because of 2 reasons; it was affordable & it was close to the airport. I am not a high maintenance person but i'm sorry.. this hotel was awful. First of all, the hallways + the rooms smell like someone's old stale shoes were lodged into the vents somewhere.. its impossible to try...

I stayed at this property before and after I left / returned from Mexico. It's a dated hotel; however, they have completed some renovations and are still working on some. What brings me back to this property is the cheap price and cleanliness. I've never paid over $100/night when using Expedia AND longterm parking is only $10/week. Other properties near...

The rooms on both our stays (before and after our tropical vacation) were dirty! There were big black hairs in the towels both times. On our second stay, after we arrived back to Canada from the Dominican. We arrived at 230am and check out was 11am. We were charged 150.00 for that stay. We were both so tired, we didn't...

Stayed overnight on route home from vacation. I was appalled by the room I was given. The blanket had a large sticky stain on it! The sink had mould around the grouting. I was disgusted - wrote to hotel and bookings.com to complain but no reply yet
