What an awesome location! Beautiful view, quiet, close to the walking trail on the dyke. I didn't know Richmond could offer such spots close to nature. Overall welcoming and comfortable, pleasant decor and a very appealing balcony to take in the view. We exchanged only a few words with the owner. Rachel, the lovely caretaker, is helpful and makes people...

My sister, her husband,my wife and I stayed in the two upstairs ocean view rooms. Great view over the dike out to the bay. There is a nice shared patio outside these two rooms from which to enjoy the view. Running next to the back yard is a walking biking trail. It is maybe a mile long very pleasant walk...

We stayed here for two weeks during July. This guest house consists of three guest rooms, two upstairs with a balcony and one downstairs which leads out to the garden, plus the owners accommodation which is separate. We stayed upstairs, the room was large, light and very clean. Lovely comfortable queen size (I think) double bed. The bathroom was also...

Never have we ever stayed anywhere in our travels that the owner took it upon herself to intimidate and belittle a paying guest! At arrival time we were introduced to the home facilities that we were welcome to use and shown around kitchen for coffee tea and any cutlery etc, that we may need during our stay, which was with...

The Seabreeze is always my first choice when staying in Vancouver or Richmond. Everyone is always so accommodating and friendly and the views from the upstairs rooms are incredible. Located right on the ocean, with amazing views across to Vancouver Island. Every room has it's own soaker tub, fireplace and TV, plus a balcony to sit and enjoy the sunsets.

Arrived to a warm and friendly welcome. Our room and the rest of the property was furnished and decorated to a high standard with views overlooking the water. There are also balconies and garden areas to enjoy the views and sunshine. Breakfast was included and this was a good start to the day. Its about 20 minutes walk in to...

We only stayed one night, but it was so comfortable after a long day of travel. A good size room, balcony overlooking the bay, lovely breakfast but most of all very nice people. We had had a stressful trip getting there and it was so nice to stay there. Maggie provided good directions for dinner and Cheryl Ann made a...

When I travel to Vancouver for work or pleasure, there is never any question with which accommodations I check with first. The property is amazing and the location and view are unmatched. John worked very hard at trying to setup the perfect B&B and I feel he was successful. It is conveniently located close to Steveston which has many great...

My cousin from England stayed in one of the ocean view rooms on the top floor and said seeing the sunsets from his deck every evening was a highlight of his trip. It's a beautiful house and the accommodations are top notch. In addition to the view, his room was comfortably furnished and had a fireplace and a bathroom with...

I stayed with friends at the Seabreeze over almost a week and we had a wonderful time there. It's so comfortable, like you're at home (well, it's better than my house, I'd happily stay forever!). A big tub with jets, gorgeous balcony views from the top two rooms. Cheryl-Ann and Maggie were wonderfully accommodating, kind people. It was quiet and...
