we had a hard time finding a pet friendly place with occupancy in north van. this Motel was older and had tile floors and a small bathroom thought the floors could be a slipping hazard for some people.staff not overly friendly continental breakfast ok nothing bad or special about this motel. price seemed high at 210.00 per night but that... When we first arrived, we were afraid that we had made a poor choice. It's a motel where you park just outside your room door, and needs fresh paint. However, we thought the room was good. The bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the noise level was good at night. Free breakfast, too. We would stay here again.

This hotel could be mistaken for a motel as the rooms are all located away from the main building. It was easy to find and located in a great spot for travelling out on the ferry. The room was very clean and a good size. I'm very fussy and always look for dirt, dust and things to moan about but... More

Drove from the Horseshoe Bay ferry at night and arrived in about 17 minutes! No problems finding the hotel. It is a motel format but called a hotel, but that's okay....rooms clean and updated, new bedding and quiet. No noise from neighbours or busy Capilano Road. In the morning we had our choice of: scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes, hot... More

Great hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast in the morning with a great assortment of breakfast items. Pool open and heated-great to laze by pool! Laundry services and shops, take away over toad. Capilano suspension and grouse mountain just up the road. Very close to main road so can be a little noisy from road noise so... More

We were hesitant about staying here since it seems to get mixed reviews. We had no problems. We were a family of four and the room was a good size. Happy we got main floor since it is a motel and there are no elevators. Pool was a decent size with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Breakfast was included... More

The location of the hotel is ideal for activites in West and North vancouver, it is close to downtown but expect traffic jam on Lion Gate bridge. The room was a bit dated but reasonably clean but the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, I was going to rate this a 2.5 to 3 stars motel because of this but the... More

We stayed for 3 nights in early August. We chose this hotel because it was cheaper than to stay downtown Vancouver but it´s very close to downtown and everywhere we needed to go since we had a car. It´s also only a few minutes drive from Capilano Park. The room was nice and clean and the parking was free. We... More

The room and continental were good for the price. We had a car so it was very easy to get around Vancouver. Once we got acquainted with the mass transit-bus, Sky line and sea bus it was nice to leave the car at the hotel and not pay for parking elsewhere. The kitchenette worked for us. The air conditioning unit... More

Had a wedding in Stanley Park so looked for a cheaper option than staying downtown but still close to everything. We weren't close to anyone else who also traveled for the wedding, which was a bummer, but money was the deciding factor for me. North Vancouver isn't too far from downtown so at least its relatively convenient. I say relatively... More
