This was a very old motel. We had an unfortunate experience with a very loud group of party goers and were unable to get any sleep through the very thin walls. Although I liked the location of this motel, I would not be able to recommend it based on its condition and need of up

It was totally frustrating to depend on this establishment, if we can call it that. The room smelled like as if there was a body in decomposition for days and considering that I have no words to describe the cleanliness of the room. Everything was covered with dusty and there was

Our room did not look anything like how it looked on the website. The room smelled bad and it was very dated and not clean. The sheets and bedding had stains on them and there were leftover hairs from previous people. When I tried to cancel they offered no refund and were very un

Large room, good continental breakfast. Overall happy with our stay except for the leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. It was the first rain in months though so I'm sure they had no idea. Price was a little high for the quality but it was convenient for our trip staying for 3

We recently paid about C$140 for a room for one night in September. This hotel is really run down and needs renovation. Furniture is old and room amenities are limited, no fridge, no microwave. There is, however, a basic continental breakfast which is adequate.

How far is the Inn from Vancouver International airport? Is there a shuttle bus? Also how far is it to the cruise terminal from the hotel. We have no car; so would it be best to just hail a cab?
Yes the Inn is a little way out for you, if you do consider catch sky train into town, short walk to ferry across to North Vancouver (cruise terminal area Vancouver side) then taxi to Inn. As a regular to Vancouver hotels in Vancouver close to terminal charge for parking so if you haven't a car that's a bonus and the sky train from the airport is close to many hotels in Van.

Why are people not aloud to check in before 3 pm? Feel like I'm getting ripped off
Hello, Our check out time is at 11:00am and our check in time is after 3:00pm to allow us to have the room ready for next guest, i.e. housekeeping, maintenance, if needed and inspection. Having said that, if a room is ready for our new guest before 3:00pm we will allow early check ins. This is normal for most hotels. Thanks,

Hello, do you speak Portuguese... I'll be in North Vancouver (01/26/2015 - 02/09/2015) with my son. He'll study in Seycove Secondary School.. It's easy to take a bus to school, downtown, turistic points. Thank you.
Hello, Thank you for your message, currently our team does not include a member who speaks Portuguese. We are currently offering weekly and monthly competitive rates as well as offering complimentary WIFI, Continental Breakfast and Parking. Easy access to public bus station, downtown and tourists' Attractions are minutes away. The Seycove Secondary School is located east of us, approximate trip time would be 1 h 3 min by bus. Please feel free to visit our website to see our room rates and availability. Thank you,
