Have stayed here for a number of years now and quality is definitely going down hill. Rooms and floors were filthy. Dishes were dirty, dishwasher didn't fully work, wasn't even a complete set of dishes. Will be looking to take our group elsewhere in the future.

Stayed in 100 - absolutely dirty and gross. Dusty and smelled musty throughout all the suite. Carpets stained and not vacuumed. Windows haven't been cleaned in years. Gross. Just gross. I would NEVER stay here again.

The Condo that we stayed in was great. It is in a good location with a 40 -45 min walk to the town, but it's all easy walking; with no hills and lakeside walking paths almost all the way. The beds were clean and comfortable. The place has the usual wear and tear, that comes with a rental but was...

The place was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. The landlord always answered our questions within the same day. The view was great and there are so many things to do there from curling, golfing, and many activities at the Community centers. If shared by another couple it would be a great price. Osoyoos is truly a seniors...

Has to be one of the worst place our family has stayed in. Not even worth 1/2 money they were charging. Dirty stained carpets holes in the walls, burnt out light bulbs, kitchen supply's were horrible, missed match broken plates coffee mugs,1 wine glass to use. We had to buy our own frying pan theirs was rusted with a broken handle....

It should be noted first and foremost that Village on the Lake is not itself a 'Resort' or 'Rental Unit' by itself. Anything listed as such is a misrepresentation of the building. This is a condominium building made up of many different owners of different units, many of whom rent their units out periodically. It needs to be noted that...

Although the unit was a comfortable size the general over all condition of the unit was very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the rental. There were many deficiencies (20+) which we listed and forwarded to the "team at The Village on the Lake". Among those deficiencies was the extremely dirty condition of the unit including dirty dishes, pots and...

Please do yourself a big favor... Avoid the complications that arise when you have booked a unit here, trust all is well with the booking, only to hear that the booking was cancelled by them because the wrong room rate was published. Even after calling them to point out the poor customer service and business practice, there wasn't any reversal!...

This was a great snow bird retreat. The condo was roomy clean and comfortable. There where more than enough linens and towels. For 4 people we had enough dishes etc.. there are enough pots and pans and utensils. The barbecue worked great and the views on the large deck amazing. There is some wear and tear on the unit but...

an absolute dump. Unit 103 was a nightmare from the get go. The place was filthy when we arrived. Dirty dishes, rust in a cooking pot, broken door, floors filthy, missing light bulbs, No Cable, no wine glasses, no cork screw, towels reeked of cigarette smoke, vacuum inoperable, broken broom... and the topper....fruit flies like I have never seen before...
