I have stayed in several more expensive hotels in Canmore, and always enjoyed them. But this time I was just passing through on a long road trip and was looking for a reasonably priced, QUIET place to spend the night, so I took a chance on Rundle Mountain Lodge despite the very low price which made me wonder. The location...

We stayed in the pine room and found it to be clean, comfortable and adequately furnished. I was so glad not to have stayed in Banff due to the horrible crowns there. This was close to go to Banff but not be stuck in the congestion that is Banff. Canmore also had much to offer and we enjoyed the area...

Many years ago my husband and I stayed here for the first time. It was a great place with a nice restaurant and very well taken care of. As it was good value we continued to bring the family here for our many treks to the mountains. As we hadn't stayed here for the last 4-5 years, we just assumed...

Hotel room was on 2nd floor. Room was fairly clean, but décor needed help. No ac in room. Wifi did work in room. Outlets were limited and electrical wiring was scary (exposed wires and lots of extension cords). Bottom of refrigerator had a puddle of water in it. (I think previous people unplugged it to get an extra outlet). Location...

Well it's a nice place a cabin concept in the town. Very rustic, cozy. I always stay in hotels but this time I wanted to try something different and it was a good experience. We booked a room with kitchen and found the room was totally rustic. Old style TV , kitchen set up, bathroom look, carpet and bedding. Lamps....

We stayed in a cabin room with a queen size bed for 3 nights. It was a good sized room with a nice rustic feel, and a faint smell of cedar (like a sauna). The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds are nice, with propane bbq's for guest's use, a big firepit, and kids playground. It's not...

To all the whiners on here, give me a break, if you want an absolutely modern and sterile stay, go across the street to the Quality Inn and pay $520 for a minimum 2 night stay. I loved the log cabin look of the room. It was quaint, as clean as most rooms I have stayed in(Cleaner than many) and...

Very old lodge with wooden stairs. Poorly maintained but surprisingly quiet even with paper thin walls. You only get Wi-Fi if you are close to the office. Good place if you only want to sleep and don't expect too much like a clear picture on the TV. The view was amazing.

I strongly urge anyone, especially Expedia not to use this hotel until it gets cleaned up. We arrived very late at night to a disgusting room and a run down old motel. I had booked at 2.5 star 'unknown' hotel on Expedia- but I wouldn't even give this a 0.5 star. Never ever have I seen a room look like...
