Stayed for 4 nights with friends before our wedding in Banff. Canmore is beautiful and what makes it more awesome is finding a very good and comfortable hotel. It also located in main street which is is very near to everything, restaurants and supermarkets. Cathy, the receptionist of hotel was very friendly and helpful who goes out of the way...

You might feel like you've stepped back into the 70s when you enter the BowValleyFreecycle@yahoogroups.ca Valley Motel. The building and its decor certainly date back to then and beyond. No pool, no fancy spa, no destination restaurant. All you get is a nice, basic, clean, decent, and friendly place to stay. What more could you ask for? We stayed for...

This was the least expensive motel we could find r in the area, very clean and to our expectations, the front end staff were very helpful.it is within walking distance of the downtown and many of the local restraints.

We were not sure what to expect when we booked. The room was exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable and seemed to be fairly new. Some of the furniture was very dated but was clean and served its purpose. The room was very clean only thing we found that wasn't were some hairs and stuff in the bath...

The motel is located right downtown - so walking distance to all shops and amenities. It is clean, quiet and excellent value. I particularly loved the 'mountain flair' with the wildlife cushions and the shower curtain. The staff at the desk were very helpful with a corkscrew, a wine glass and directions. I will be back!

I was iffy about staying at a motel but this motel definitely met my standards. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and gave us some tips of where to go around the area! The room was clean, comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our bedroom. We also rented a car and Banff is only about...

Right in the heart of Canmore and beside the river, some rooms with great views. Very clean and a price you can't beat. If you are looking for a basic no-frills place to sleep, this is the motel for you. Comfortable beds and comfortable pillows. Soap dispensers in the bathroom. There was a Keurig coffee machine plus pods, a good...
