Wonderful hotel conveniently located by the highway. There are a lot of restaurants and a large shopping centre within a very short drive of the hotel. The two gents at the reception desk offered a warm welcome and didn’t hesitate to speak English when they realized one of us didn’t speak French. We were happy to get a room on the first floor as these offered large patio doors. It was unfortunate, however, that the doors were extremely hard to open and didn’t glide well at all on their tracks! The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was fairly quiet considering it was sold out. The room and the bathroom were well appointed and clean. It was nice to see that they had resumed offering breakfast in the dining room. There are not a lot of tables, as is often the case, but we made it there before the rush and were able to secure one. The breakfast included a variety of food options with really good coffee! I would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel!…

Nice hotel, modern and tastefully decorated, just stayed for an overnight stay but was pleasantly surprised how new it was, very comfortable beds, only thing was the breakfast that was included was rather meager, no fruit at all and muffins/pastries in cellophane were stale..it could be because of Covid, nevertheless

Melanie at the front desk was lovely. She knew of our request for a quiet room, said we would like the one assigned and she was right! It was also very clean. The breakfast area is too small and cramped and it was both awkward and crowded to make food selections.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It’s a half hour from downtown Montreal. When we arrived at 4:30 the room was not ready. They apologized and said we could leave our stuff in another room until ours was ready. We left and came back at 8:30pm. However we drove around for 10 minutes looking for a parking spot. We got lucky cause a person was just leaving and we got their spot. The next night we came back at 8:30pm again and there was not one spot, so we parked on the side where there wasn’t a spot. Our room key didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk to get another one. They were very apologetic and accommodating. They knocked off some money from the bill. The complimentary breakfast was good. It included egg omelette with cheese inside, bread, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, egg McMuffin in the fridge, cheese, coffee, tea, juice and other stuff. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for the parking, keys and room not being ready at 4:30 when check in is 3:00pm. The room was clean and newish looking, lots of lighting, comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker with all the supplies, large tv, walk in shower, fan, air conditioning. I had no complaints about the room or breakfast. And the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at another Comfort Inn in the future.…

Customer service was impeccable! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We were here with family for a funeral and they accommodated our group beautifully! Our AC wasn’t working and the person at the desk put us in a new room without hesitation and made sure the AC in the new room was working. We were greeted every time we walked by the front desk with a friendly greeting. Amazing good customer service is hard to come by these days but this place has it going on! And it’s genuine! Stayed 3 nights. They were friendly and patient with our kids. I’m very happy with our stay!

I checked in at around 1 AM and i was so tired i only needed the room to sleep, I asked the reseption for late check-out and she said that there is no problem and she gave us until 1 PM, the next day at 12PM the reception woke me up to leave the room, I informed them that we already asked for late check out and the reception gave us until one, they refused and they asked us to leave the room in 15 MIN.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had known the desk clerk all my life. Matt catered to my every whim with a smile. I think he was smiling. Hard to tell with a mask on. He answered all my questions as if it was a conversation. He acts like he loves his job and his personalized service was stellar. After his shift ended, I went to buy something at the (overpriced) minimart located in the lobby. Although I didn't have as much interaction with Jessica as I did with Matt. I got the same level of service before callin19g it a night in my comfortable bed in the room. Morning comes and I meet Ralph (hotel manager) who I never met before but had a conversation with when he worked at another hotel. Once again, stellar service especially with the breakfast items on offer. The hot buffet breakfast is not available due to covid-19. In saying this, I have to mention that the hotel is well equipped to help stop the spread of the virus. In fact, when I checked in, Matt gave me a list of measures the hotel has put on place. The only downfall is that I requested a king bed and received 2 queen instead. I was told that because I requested a main floor and there were no king beds available, they gave me queens. Not a major problem. Everything else went off without any problems. I also like the fact that the shower has full rolling doors rather than shower curtains and the hot water never runs out. It also takes mere seconds to heat up. Clean spacious room and complete with mini fridge and microwave.. Reservations are essential. I highly recommend this hotel. I felt like family. We had our car stolen this past week from this hotel using the parksleepfly service. Please be aware of the RISK that one is accepting by using this service and leaving your car. The hotel staff were helpful but are clear that they are not responsible and do NOT monitor the parking (not even sure there are video cameras). When filing our police report, they were clear that this is COMMON in the Montreal area and they recommend that people choose gated, locked, monitored lots close to the airport over a service like this. We hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please be aware of the risks that might not be worth the money you are saving.

It was very friendly and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff extremely helpful. We had free WiFi and it was very quiet and the parking was in excellent condition. We had a wonderful breakfast supplied with our stay overnight.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to the Lakeshore hospital, which is where a loved one was situated. The hotel is super clean, the beds are very comfortable and the daily breakfast really hot the spot. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! We will definitely visit again.
