Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for three nights in July, in a nice, clean king bdrm suite. It was the perfect venue for us with its separate, spacious living area... its desk was really a very practical table at which one could comfortably eat or work at... and the rest of the furniture there was perfect for multiple uses. The bedroom was roomy and the walk-in shower was wonderful. Its location worked for us, with easy bus access to wherever one wished to go... whether to downtown, or the airport, or the West Island area... Shopping in the immediate vicinity is easily accessible, whether for groceries, or Walmart, or whatever. I would highly recommend this place!!

Very nice hotel. Modern. Great rooms which are spacious and comfortable. Very helpful and quick check in. We had a park and go package which was very reasonable during March Break. EXCELLENT BAR and excellent service. Pls stay open later!! Cons: if you have a very early morning flight, there is no free shuttle. First shuttle doesn’t leave until after 5am. Disappointing as the website made it seem otherwise. Something to consider. Overall- easy access parking and amenities close by (Point Claire). Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at “Embassy Suites by Hilton in Montreal Airport” Modern, recent construction, stylish comfortable and very clean. Large windows grant natural light during all day and beds/mattress are perfect (I use to have long day at work and resting well was a PRIORITY for me). There is a free shuttle to/from Airport that is really an advantage considering the price of taxi in Montreal. People are always available to help You out with a great smile on their face. I had a long stay 1 month and half… and I felt more than welcomed… i felt home. Highly recommended!

The customer service (especially the breakfast staff) is exceptional. The breakfast buffet choices and the made-to-order egg station are wonderful! The hotel also gives you 2 complimentary drinks in the large, well-designed lounge each evening from 5:30-7pm. The room was very clean and well-stocked. No sight of any bugs, whatsoever. I was grateful for the 2 desktop computers in the lobby as I did not wish to use an unsecured wifi connection (and the printing was no charge.) The shuttle bus driver was very friendly, and he always had a smile - I enjoyed practising my French with him - a very nice man! Unfortunately, the shuttle bus was out of service on the morning I needed to return to the airport, so the front desk staff ordered me a complimentary taxi, instead. The only negative thing I will say is that the young woman with long dark hair at the evening desk does not smile. She was not a friendly person.…

Front desk staff very rude. Didn’t recognize us as diamond members. Didn’t receive our diamond member benefits. Seems like loyal diamond membership doesn’t mean anything to this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not stay here again. It is far from airport and the hotel shuttle doesn’t run very late so when we called for the shuttle there wasn’t one, so we had to pay for a taxi to get from airport to hotel.

Great stay rooms were excellent close to shopping staff were excellent the ready to order breakfast was amazing the chef made it spot on she was great a bit confusing with the two tip jars we left the tip on the table but there was also a tip jar at the hostess stand gabby at the bar was amazing

Our flight canceled and we had to scramble to find a hotel. Thankfully it has a free shuttle, but it's 25min drive no traffic. Nowhere near the airport. Paid $425 a night for a room!! The hotel is completely remodeled. Restaurant with very slow spotty service. 8 overpriced items on the menu. Front desk older male employee could barely understand what he was saying. Room 302 faces hwy. Very noisy, but they give you ear plugs. Breakfast included. There is very little choice connecting through Montreal and all way overpriced. Stick with Toronto!
