The perfect Airport hotel although rates are high - but that seems to be due to the low number of hotels with shuttles and close to YUL in comparison to other large cities. Our meal at the bar was excellent (although wine prices were higher than the norm). All staff fantastic and although we didn't have time for the gym or pool we checked them out and looked excellent. The shuttle was flawless. Returning in mid-May for another stopover.

Amazing hotel, incredible staff and the BEST, COMFIEST beds ever! Unfortunately had overnight road construction outside all night (thanks Montreal for not having noise abatement laws!) and didn’t sleep a wink but this was not the hotel’s fault. Super clean, Italian coffee makers in every room, super quiet from hallway noise. Someone knocked on my door and I hardly heard them. Don’t hesitate to stay here - you’ll be treated like gold. :)

Hotel lobby and the bedroom were clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the staff were very helpful about the logistics of a very early morning departure for the airport. The reason I am writing this review is because the promised shuttle at 3 a.m. did not materialize. When he did arrive at 3:20 he told us we would have to wait longer because he had another pick up he had to do. We took a taxi to ensure we weren't late for our 6 a.m. flight. I suggest that for Saturday morning Caribbean departures that extra shuttles are made available... or tell people at check in that they are on their own for transportation to the airport.

We had a day to see Montreal and wanted to stay near the airport. This hotel seemed to fit the bill. When we arrived in the airport the shuttle picked us up quickly. The shuttle is a quick run from the airport and the driver was great at fitting in all our bags. The hotel was clean, had a good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and bed good. All in all a great experience.

Our flight was arriving at 1230am, after a long flight, instead of driving 2 hours home with a sleepy 5 year old we thought it it best to stay the night. This was the newest, nicest and most highly recommended hotel by our travel agent. It was a no brainer. After confirming the odd check in time with our travel agent, following up with a phone call directly to the hotel AND confirming IN PERSON before our trip we felt confident that with ALL that AND a signed confirmation slip from the front desk agent, that our arrival would go smoothly. Sadly not. Not only did they not have a room, they were fully booked. Not only that, the uninterested, inhospitable, unapologetic « guest service » agent at the front desk, did not apologize, did not offer to find us a room elsewhere, was not in least concerned about our young son (now asleep) on the luggage cart. She also asked, straight faced, if we’d like to cancel the reservation for « later today »?!?!! When asked for a direct line to a manager, she handed us a card with a phone number that rang in the back room…. I am so sad, frustrated, disappointed and left with no faith in Hilton and all associated brands.…

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean. BUT… we knew it would be a little noisy being close to the airport, however the planes were not a problem. We stayed in room 141 and there was some kind of machine or generator nearby which sounded like a car was being revved up directly outside. The noise literally drowned out the airplane noise and went on ALL NIGHT! So despite the friendly staff, this hotel failed to deliver one of it’s primary functions; a good night’s sleep.

It's not far from Montreal airport but you do need to take the shuttle bus which leaves every half hour. I had to phone reception to find when and where the shuttle left from but then I had no difficulty finding it. The following morning I took athe shuttle bus back to the airport: it starts running at 4am. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Had to get up at 4:30 for a flight soon after 7am. I was disappointed that the pool was out of action. So it fitted the bill for an overnight near the airport.

I drove 6 hours to get to this hotel and I booked it because it was close to the retirement home where I visited my 93 year old aunt. I am retired on a fixed income, so the bill of $882.53 CAD for 3 nights was staggering!!! But, I had to see my aunt. It is a new hotel, very clean, luxurious bedding. Did not like the fish and fries at the restaurant Semaphore, and a meal for two totalled a whoppping $99.01 CAD. I expected to pay for parking $75:00 CAD total but there was also Fed Tax and Que tax on that!!!! In addition, on top of the nightly rate, there was a room tax, fed tax and Que tax!!!! I cannot believe that I have seen the nightly rate for this hotel at $133.00 CAD per night. What triggers a nightly rate of $215 CAD per night???. Is that the stupid senior rate? I was lucky to meet Ghislaine at the front desk who was very charming. She was very patient and kind to go over the hotel bill in detail. I also want to thank Jocelyn from Housekeeping who fixed the coffee maker and the fridge. Jocelyn was also super sweet. …

I booked this hotel because it had a pool, and was close to the airport. When I showed up a few days later, I find that the pool is out of service. I ask the front desk, they just shrug and said it's been out of service for two weeks. It was out of service when I made the reservation, but they still advertise it as being available. Coffee makers in rooms don't work. Hilton properties are on a massive downhill slide.

Our pool was out of order from the 10 of October, and it just reopened today, the 20th. Believe me, we were also very disappointed that our pool was out of order! Unfortunately, since we are experiencing a significant amount of water infiltration, we had no choice but to put the pool out of use. As for the coffee machine, we would have gladly offered you coffee from the lobby or exchanged your machine from your room! Next time, please feel free to bring up any problems you might have with the front desk, as it is in our goal to make all of our client's stay the best as possible.
