The hotel is clean and less than a year old. We had a 2 queen bed room and it's a bit tight for 3 people but the beds are comfortable. The shower has good pressure. There's an indoor pool with big slide that we didn't use. Apparently there's a lot of car stealing in Montreal and the hotel manager told us to park our new truck in front of the entrance at night. Breakfast is ok. We didn't hear or see any airplanes. Overall it's a pleasant stay.

Lot noisier in front. Did not sleep well. All night noise from highway does not allow a good sleep. My last experience was a room facing the parking lot and much better. New room, new hotel nice facility at good price

Dear JBrousseau, Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well due to the noise from the highway in front of your hotel room. We did install white noise machines in the room, and we were wondering if you tried it? It's great to hear that the hotel itself is nice and that you were able to get a good price on your room. If you prefer a quieter environment for sleeping, you may want to consider booking the rooms facing the parking lot, keep in mind that those rooms do not have 2 beds with the exception of the 2 queen studio suite . Pool and breakfast was kids favorite thing. Rooms were typical hotel rooms nothing special but exceptional. Usually go there because of the pool mostly. Besides key card issue it is a beautiful property

Really beautiful and clean hotel. Not 2 star at all. Close to the airport and staff is really nice and they use dove products throughout. Hot breakfast was continental no thrills. Would recommended getting food outdoors. Wait staff nice. Heating is not soo good on cold nights but other than that a really nice hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I am a frequent traveler and this hotel was the worst. First of all I was not even acknowledged when I arrived at the desk. Not even a glance until I turned my back and then Marc acknowledged me and I was served. So now we get our room which was nice and clean but we were asked to remain in the hall until the room was inspected. Now checkin is at 3pm and it was already past 3:30pm. We were immediately allowed to enter the room only to find out we were given the wrong room. The keys didn't work. STRIKE 1 So now we were given another room. Nice. After unpacking we decided to go to the pool. When we returned we entered the room without using our key. Oh my, the lock is broken. So again we had to change rooms. STRIKE 2 Now we were given another room where the clothing drawers kept sliding open amd the bureau was at the end of the bed so if you got up at night for any reason you would hit yourself on the drawers that remain open. STRIKE 3 By this time we were totally upset by the lack of professionalism we encountered at this hotel that has been open for approx one year. Oh yes, we were given 2 bottle of water and 2 bags of chips for our inconvenience. WE WERE 3 PEOPLE... So now we are being transferred to the 4th room (all within about an hour). They did upgrade us (which is the least they could do), but we lost our dinner reservations causing us to choose another place to eat. STRIKE 4 YOU ARE COMPLETELY OUT... No when checking out I voiced my opion and was told "You were upgraded lady, so... Such lack of professionalism and even heart. This place needs a complete overhaul of management. I must say. the housekeeper Carole was very helpful. Maybe management could take lessons from housekeeping …

Mattress was caved in, forcing us to roll into the center all night. Very uncomfortable. Sleep is important and not possible on such a low quality mattress. Bed was not made after 1st night. New property, a shame more attention was not paid to customer comfort.

Very disappointed in the room temp. The pool water quality was poor. I needed a room to warm up in and sleep good after a homeless experience for weeks. I was wanting to stay more nights if possible, but I was upset with the heating system. Otherwise staff were friendly I guess.
