So they offer a day rate and we had 11 hours between flight. Never ever found friendlier staff from driver who picked us upto lady at desk to breakfast staff. They even included breakfast, and told me to take a sweet or two to room.

Hotel's Favourite
We have come to prefer the Hampton chain while travelling and this location only reinforced that. We had stayed the night before in a different hotel and didn’t have that great an experience. Upon getting to the Hampton, it was almost like coming home. And we were not disappointed. The customer service was amazing. The free breakfast was pre-packaged bags with muffins, yogurt, juice and other stuff. There was cereal and bread put out as well. Overall plenty of food. And a very helpful staff when it came to identifying which products were kosher. The indoor pool was extremely clean - both the pool itself and the pool area. Ample seating as well. The room itself was great and spotless upon check in. We will definitely be staying here the next time we go to Montreal.

For this 1-night stay, I opted for the most basic room type, which features a King bed, a work station, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine. The room is qutie spacious given that I was travelling alone, it also appears quite modern. The bathroom is stocked with basic amenities such as shampoo, body wash, body lotion and a soap bar. The minibar, on the other hand, features creamers, UHT milk, single-use cups, sugar, ground coffee and tea bags. Breakfast was served between 0700 to 1000 daily. It consists of the usual suspects - bacon, scrambeled eggs, sausages and hashbrown. There is also a pancake machine. Beverages served are a variety of fruit juice, milk as well as coffee. It was overall an enjoyable stay and it definitely worthed the money given its relatively low price.

We booked the hotel for one night before a flight to Europe. I called from the airport to find out about the airport shuttle. The employee explained it, then she asked for my name and said, "you don't have a reservation". I insisted I did and she insisted I didn't. I check my voucher and I was correct, I called back and told her I had confirmation, she continued to insist I was not booked. I took an Uber to the hotel and she repeated that I had no reservation, even though I gave her the printed out confirmation. She then said, they had booked some guests into other hotels and she would check , but no other hotels had a booking for me. It was a total disaster, she then came over to me with the "hotel voucher" I had given her and said, "oh, I know why you don't have a reservation, we don't take vouchers" . As one point she told me the entire hotel was booked out to Immigration and Refugee Agency. So, instead of trying to assist me, she just made up lies. The next day I called and was told, "yes, you did have a reservation, and they have had problems with that employee. The manager called me back and confirmed that the hotel had cancelled my reservation, he could not explain it. He was apologetic, but I still don't have a refund. Hilton and the property really didn't care how they treated me, they have done nothing. Do not go to this hotel, this is a horrible thing that they do to their clients. At least, own up and try to help, but nothing. Still waiting for a refund, over a month later.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with constructive feedback regarding your recent stay. We apologize only on this occasion for the inconveniences you have experienced, but it is unfortunate to read your review and blame us for all the problems you have had, giving false information about our hotel and saying people not to stay with us. It's not a lie that at this moment, we have a contract with the Government of Canada and because of that contract many people have been moved to another hotel. In your case, after some research, your reservation was canceled directly by the reservation center 12 days before your arrival. This can only be done by the company or travel agency with which you made your reservation. If you would like to complain, I suggest you contact them, but rest assured that proper training has been given to the front desk agent you mentioned after this event. Regarding reimbursement, if you haven't received it yet, I will suggest you contact the company or the travel agency you used to make this booking. I can’t believe that my car was stolen from this lot under their supervision and they even advertised that they do it all the time. The staff was less than friendly and not accommodating. The staff wasn’t event aware that it happened!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval for 1 night before an early flight the next morning departing from the Montreal Airport. Check-in was fine and the room was adequate. The airport shuttle operated as it should have on the morning of our flight. I should also mention that we paid extra to leave our vehicle in their parking lot for the duration of our vacation (3 days). No issues there. The problem was the shuttle on our return to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle. We called the hotel upon arrival and reception mentioned that the shuttle was not running. The man told us to take a taxi and that they would reimburse us in full. We took a taxi, got the receipt and arrived back at the hotel. The person working at the reception desk told us that they could not reimburse us because the taxi receipt was unreadable. After a brief conversation, the hotel agreed to, once again, reimburse us in full upon presentation of the transaction on our credit card statement. Once we got home, we emailed the banking transaction to the hotel. They refused, once again, to reimburse us. The hotel said they would get back to us, but they never did. I guess the hotel felt as though a small taxi fare in the range of $25 for a service (shuttle) they should have been able to provide in the first place was too much to ask. I am a Hilton Honors member and I will not stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and updated rooms. The free breakfast was great before our flight. Really friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk staff. We interacted with multiple staff who went above and beyond to make sure all was well for our car storage and for our travel to and from the airport, both at the beginning and the end of our trip. We would stay there again for sure.

The hotel and pool were great but what really stood out was the staff. They were amazing. They arranged early check ins for us and made sure we had everything we needed for our group stay - I would highly recommend for any group stay!

The hotel staff are amazing. We were travelling with our dog and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating - they even had dog treats at the front desk. Made our stay. I used the gym and for a hotel it was good and I actually got in a decent workout. The breakfast was really nice. The room was well appointed including a microwave and fridge, well maintained and very clean. We will be staying again for sure.

I selected this hotel based on others reviews, and they proved to be right, staffs were friendly, the room was clean and the bathroom was in perfect condition. The complimentary breakfast was nice and was a good start of the day.
