Receptionist was very friendly and helped us along our stay. We arrived late because of our flight but there was someone at the reception disk and early morning he helped us and called the taxi who arrived few minutes later. It was a great experience that I appreciate it.

Omg Yup it’s close to the airport but what a terrible place. It’s dirty, smelly and overall not a place you want to lay your head. The car parking lot is full of cars with wheel locks , so looks like it acts as a car compound as well. So very strange , Would never stay again and wish I had read reviews before booking . Thank god it was just one night to get to the airport

The hotel isn't fancy but our room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was lots of hot water. Tje staff were friendly and helpful.. The main feature of the inn is that it is 5 minutes from the Dorval airport with a 24 hour shuttle, where people actually answer the phone when you call and show up within minutes

Awful place Bugs on the bed, spiders and bugs on the ceiling, carpet smells really very bad that you can’t take a breath inside the room, don’t even think about getting a room in this place, tv and amenities from the 1970 , noise from the mini bar, no isolation at all that you can hear everything from other rooms

Stayed here as I had an early flight the next morning. Was near the airport and offered shuttle service. Can't really complain as it provided exactly those two things. No hot water in the shower. TV didn't work. Room was small and cramped. The door to the room was oddly difficult to close. ... If it was for anything other than just a quick overnight stay I'd stay elsewhere. The front desk clerk was also the shuttle driver. This presents problems or delays when checking in/out.

If you can afford 20 or 30 more dollars for anything else, then go anywhere else. It was not worth the 89 dollars that I was charged. I was expecting something poor but not this shockingly dirty, broken, and void of staff and support. The man at the check-in desk is also the airport shuttle chauffeur and is also the provider of the 'continental breakfast' which was weak coffee and a back fo sliced white bread. The room was dirty and shabby with a filthy carpet and a door that did not lock and when I plugged in my phone the fuses all blew. Check-in/chauffeur/breakfast man was annoyed with me for complaining but did put me into a slightly better room, though made his irritation at my request very plain. it is a lie that there are coffee making facilities in the room. there IS a fridge. But half of the appliances/lamps etc did not work. I did not attempt to use the fridge or test if it was working. I think the hotel exploits the fact that travelers are so beat when they get there that they cannot be bothered to complain.

You'll find this place very near the airport, and thanks to the offered shuttle service you'll get there in less than 5 minutes. However, once there, don't expect high quality service. Everything works, sure, but the cheapest possible way: old sheets, old beds, old bathroom, old furniture, ... Ceiling painting was cracking, found old garbage under the bed, long hair in the bath, noisy heating system that was not very much warming the room, ... So, nothing that prevents you from sleeping after a long flight, but nothing that will make you want to stay there for more than one short night either... For those expecting a breakfast, well, you'll be disappointed. Barely could be named a proper breakfast since you'll only find an old empty room with three tables, where only tasteless bred and cheap butter are available... Overall, the staff was more or less friendly.

Choose this place because they had cheap parking and airport shuttle. Rooms are old and musty, no heat controls in room, ( it is in a locked box in the hall). Have to carry your luggage to second floor rooms. Room door did not close properly; went to front desk and an older lady came to check it and she fixed it with a screwdriver after we changed rooms. They give you 1 set of old towels, have to ask for more. TV is an old small 24 in. sitting on the desk. Walls very thin, could here everything in next room. Breakfast was coffee - no juice and toast. It is a horrible hotel and service! Play a little more and get a nice hotel! The shuttle service was bad, the room was small and dirty. The breakfast is not a breakfast. I would rather sleep in the Airport than there’s! Never ever again!

The room was small and well-worn, but clean. The towels were a little on the thin and scratchy side. But it was inexpensive and they had a 24 shuttle service to the airport (I think they have some parking deal as well); I needed to get to the airport at 4:00 AM, no problem. The Wi-Fi worked quite well. The facility is not in great shape, but it works. I did not eat at their restaurant (it was closed) but right next door is a good Italian place Focaccio's. If you do budget hotels, this is an OK place.
