This might just be the worst accommodation EVER! Before I list the many negatives I would just like to say staff were kind, friendly and approachable and the beds were very comfortable! We were welcomed by group of smokers outside the building. The lobby and hallways are extremely seedy and smelled awful like smoke and someone cooking bones and tripe. Not to mention how hot it was inside it felt like the middle of summer. We found a collection of items around the appartement, a vape under the pull out lounge, a mouse poo under the pillow and when we went to hop in bed we were greeted with a collection of hairs under the doona, nail scissors on the floor and worst of all A BRA BEHIND THE TV! it was a shocking experience finding all of these bits and bobs. Cooking dinner was a hassle too! All there was to cook with was a HUGE pot (not sure what they expected us to make in it, with not a single one of the hot plates working) We were forced to cook pasta in the microwave (pretty miserable.) and there was nothing to wash up with, no cloth, detergent or tea towel. Not even a plug for the sink! The balcony was extremely sketchy with the whole floor being water logged and swelled and the door out to the balcony didn’t lock! Being on the first floor in a dodgy neighbour hood with a door out to the public unlocked didn’t contribute to the already unsafe feeling environment. The furniture was all broken and marked with scratches and they were all extremely run down. The lights didn’t always work and the apartment was dark and depressing. They obviously don’t put much money back in to the hotel to make it a nicer place. Especially with it being almost $200 dollars a night save yourself and spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else. Forgot to mention pretty much everything advertised on their website, free shuttle, vending machine, self serve laundry, express check out/in, pets allowed (only allowed with a $40 fee) don’t exist!!!

I left. My deck door had no lock. The window frames were filthy. The heat is controlled by the receptionist in her office with one switch and temp setting for the whole building, and it was hot and smelly. I encountered three falling-down drunk people in 15 minutes in the hallways and foyer. No elevator. Peeling paint in all my kitchen cabinets.Dishes put away and washed. Dark, dim and the dirtiest light switches I have ever seen. It was horrific, in need of repair and thoroughly sketchy. I looked at two other rooms. Both had locking deck doors, but both had similar issues with extreme wear, damage exceptionally dirty conditions

This hotel is a classic case of “you are promised X, but get Y”. Where do I begin? - The “free wifi” is totally non-functional. We tried on several devices, both networks they had. - Having just travelled a fair bit to get there, we wanted to shower. There was no hot water at this place! Not at the sink, or in the shower. We left it running for 15 minutes, still no hot water. What country are we in?? - There was no deep soaking tub – despite what was advertised. Of course, we would have had to take a frigid bath anyway. - The refrigerator was also non-functional. But we were just staying one night, so didn’t need it. - There were lots of cobwebs. Yet Expedia says the rooms are “professionally cleaned”. Windows were filthy. - The lamp looked like it had been run over by a truck. - There was no “contactless checkin”, despite what was advertised. - There was no “express checkout”, despite what was advertised. - The room seemed very dated and was basically in disrepair. The building looks much better from the outside than the inside. - At nearly $100, and in a crummy industrial area, this was way overpriced. - There seemed to be cable on the TV as well as the cable box (different cable providers), but both were very limited in their channel selection. - There were chunks out of the door and wall, looked like gunshots? - Not really any temp control for the rickety air conditioner. The only reason we booked this hotel was its proximity to the train station. But we didn’t realize the neighbourhood is extremely unwalkable. We had to go quite the route to get to the train station. What should have been five minutes’ walk was more like 20. I guess the positives of this place would be that the bed seemed clean, it was quiet, and it was air conditioned (though the air conditioner was loud). The front desk staff were friendly. And again, the location. Close to the train station. Not too far from the airport either though I wouldn’t try walking there. For the quality you shouldn’t ever pay more than $50 a night to stay here. It was awful. I’ve been to hotels in Africa, Asia, etc. that were cheaper but still FAR better quality than this place.

Arrived to find hair all throughout our bed and sheets, no one was at the front desk for up to 30 minutes to get new sheets. Pull out bed had food crumbs throughout and spiders and insects are found everywhere. Do no stay here, pay the little extra to go somewhere where you won’t feel like you need to have 5 showers with the luke warm water.

Price was good and the room (the studio) was big ,the pet fee is way too much ($45) which is the bad and the ugly was the studio needed some repairs. In all I would stay again or find a place that cost the same.

I travel quite often, therefore I have been to many hotels and hostels. I was looking forward to staying in an apartment with my friends. But, his is the worse place I have stayed in so far; as soon as you enter the building you can feel the energy and the smells. we checked in and decided to go to our apartment. This place was a mess, the washroom looked like it hasn’t been clean in months, no hot wanter, spiders by the window. The smell of cigarettes and weed was so strong, it seemed like someone was there few minutes before our arrival. their description it says that they follow covid protocols to keep everyone safe etc. But if they didn’t clean the washroom, I doubt the fact that they sanitized the place. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights, but we couldn’t sleep the first night and we decided to check out. Leaving was the Best decision we could have made, I’m not kidding this place is horrible!!! Looks like a hookup place

The rooms were big and spacious. But the hotel did not seem too safe to me. I arrived at night and there was no one at reception on the ground floor. Anyone can walk in. To check in I had to go up one floor, staff are not that friendly. The free transfer is a joke. Yes it's free but it's just a car. On check in I told them the time I will be leaving.. 4am. So at 4am I wait downstairs. A car pulls up 5 people get in and that's it no more space for other people. There was no system in place to check which people have booked their time slot. Lucky I had given myself plenty of time. So I had to wait for him to drop the people off and come back. It's a good for a quick one night stop over. But if using the free transfer give yourself plenty of time!! Oh and there should be some sort of buzz system at the main door so not anyone can enter. There was two drunk women in the lobby area taking a nap.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my partner after having our flights delayed. There were a few spiders but I didn’t mind. However, the day after, I found bed bug bites ALL over me. I contacted management and they said they would look into it, but I haven’t gotten a call back or an email update. Now both my partner and I are paranoid we carried bedbugs back to our homes and need to hire an exterminator in the worst case scenario. DO NOT stay here!!!

Absolutely fabulous for people travelling in groups or with pets. First couple times we stayed here we truly enjoyed our stay. However, the last time was not agreeable at all. We had issues with the drains - shower, sink and kitchen sink. First night we were given draino; the second night told if we didnt like it, we could leave - Saturday night at 7pm. Very bad customer service. Not sure I would stay there again.
