Room clean enough but maintenance lacking, no hot water, no light in bathroom. Beds ok, clean enough but room needs update, room heater works ok but noisey. Interesting experience. Walks snow covered and slippery, be careful but spring is on the way.

This hotel offers great value for the area. It is clean, there is free breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi. The owner is on site and takes great pride in the facility, and making sure you are comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and very good.

A very pleasant two day stay at the Sutton Park Inn. We appreciated that they could accommodate our poodle. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed comfortable. We liked the big window opening onto a grassed area. Very pleasant staff. The continental breakfast was very good, with a large bowls of tangerine oranges and bananas, also excellent...

We recently visited Kincardine to visit family and spent the night at Sutton Park Inn. I was greeted promptly at the front desk.....gentleman was very welcoming. The room was fine.....very clean, bed extremely comfortable. I loved the shower.....great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Continental breakfast offered included cereals, toast, beverages, "make your own" waffles. Food was fresh. The...

We called and asked before booking. They said they were accessible. So we booked through booking.com. When we arrived we discovered that there were a number of steps to reach the office and the resturants. No ramps. The only thing accessible was the 2 parking spots in the parking lot. There was a lot of road construction. So we had...

We had a last minute need for a location along Georgian Bay and when I worked at the Bruce Power plant in the 80's I had stayed at the Sutton Park Inn. Immediately welcomed by the owner Michael, so friendly and helpful. Knowledgable about the area with good advice on what to see. Complimentary breakfast with a lot of choices....

From the time I talked to Mike over the phone till I got my room keys I was always treated as an old friend. Mike the owner and the entire team at Sutton...

I stayed at the Sutton Park Inn recently and found the facility quite nice and homey. The Inn is not modern so it offers a quaint, rustic atmosphere. This facility offers all you need for a comfortable stay: room is spacious and clean, the bed was cozy so I slept like a log. The bed linen including the duvet were...

Booking over the internet can be hit or miss. But Sutton Park was a win in our books. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was AMAZING!! The owner was extremely friendly. Lots of hot water in the shower, inside and outside access to our room. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to sample the food at the restaurant, but...
