We went a few years ago and I think it is under new management now. The scenery was gorgeous. We had campsite 22 which overlooks the beach and High Falls in the distance. It was wonderful at night as you could hear the sound of the waterfalls. There was tond of beach toys to play with, slides in the water...

when we arrived we did not find anyone at the reception. the room was very dirty. During the night we heard noises, and we saw the mice (mouse) we sleeped in the car. after calling the owner told us that he thought there was nothing in the room and we had to pay the entire amount of the room too....

To set the record straight. This particular couple after checking in going to their room and being there for over four hours. Came to the front office and asked if they can get half of the rate of their stay refunded. When asked if there was anything wrong with their room, they replied no the room is fine. Its just...

From my experience this place should not be visited! My family and I were treated with rudeness and threatening behaviour by the owners. We paid highly to use old worn out waterfront equipment. The place was unkempt with dirty water. I highly advise others to stay away, the place was a total disappointment.

This is truly ridiculous! These three reviews entitled "Beware", "Terrible", & "Horrible Experience" were all written by people that were in one group. In fact, the first one was already taken down once by Trip Advisor yet its been reposted. This group of five people snuck on to our property, stole our boats off of our private resort beach, and...

This is the first review i have been compelled to write because of a truly horrible experience. The owners displayed threatening and aggressive behavior towards us, everything was rundown, the waterfront has not been maintained and the water is dirty and unappealing for swimming. We would never go back and feel like we should warn others against staying here incase...

I would LOVE to live in the cabin we rented! Sound of the falls and the overall experience was wonderful. Short walk to the water, life jackets available. Enjoyed kayaking by the waterfalls and exploring the woods. The campfire in the evening topped off the experience :) My son-in-law's shock at naked butts really added to the weekend !!

I've been to this place several times. We have rented the cottages & camped. It's not the holiday inn but it is nature's best kept secret. All the non motorized water toys come with the cottage rentals or you can buy a day pass if not staying overnight. The cottages were cleaned and had nice comfy beds. The children's play...

Let me start by saying some people either love or hate this resort. Seems to depend on whether or not you can put up with a separate clothing optional beach. There are two beaches, naked or not your choice. If you beef about the danglies being visible at the clothing optional beach, you would need binocs to see such detail....

Garbage everywhere! The beach which is eroding terribly, was littered with old, worn out equipment. Naked people paddling by. We had several kids camping with us. No septic service for trailers. No facilities to speak of. And it was $80/night!! Please stay away.
