This place was terrible. You would be better off sleeping in your car. The owner told us he was excited to give us an upgrade to a room that normally costs $130 at no extra charge to us. If that's the truth I do not want to know what his cheaper rooms are like. And 130 for what we stayed...

If only there was a -100 ⭐️ I would give it to this awful motel/hotel. The manager of this place should learn customer service 101. Worst hotel experience ever. If you're thinking about even considering this place, DON'T even bother. You'll regret it. He'll scream at you when you point out the filt in the bathroom and room.

Pictures on the web are fakes. The truth: old motel which has never been renovated, located next to night discotheque, rotten timber, small depressive dark stinky room, black mold everywhere in the bathroom, not sanitized dirty toilet, dirty furniture, old dirty bedcover, no blanket, sticky kitchen table, drawers and microwave, garbage everywhere around the hotel, nobody ever does cleaning up,...

I always try to keep an open mind and try to look for the positives, but unfortunately this has none and is possibly one of the worst places i have spent a night. Room was dirty, shower room was dirty, fly screen on outer window fell out. Had to listen to permanent residents below us arguing most of night. Was...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After the door being banged on by hotel manager Eric long before check out he proceeded to yell at me in the parking lot about a $30 pet fee that I was unaware of. I tried to tell him I didn't know there was a pet fee but he didn't...

What a dump. This place should not be listed by any hotel site. It is very old, dilapidated, grubby, peeling, rotten timber, broken shower tray and unclean. We don't need spectacular places, but my wife was close to refusing to stay, but we had already paid.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we knew we had made a mistake. Garbage everywhere, the room stunk of so many odours we could not identify them. Disgusting, run down and super creepy. Worst place I have ever seen (I've been to Cairo). Immediately cancelled our room, were told by the person at the desk we would...

Disgusting, filthy, dirty conditions and that's after we have to wait 2 hours before we could check in because he was "cleaning" the rooms!?! When we called him to the room to talk about the condition of the room, he kept saying "it's a motel, this is OK" and finally stormed off saying he was done discussing it.

I have no idea how this place is still in business. The room was not even close to the description and incredibly dirty. We walked in and turned around and walked out. Sleeping in the car was a better option. The health board should really pay them a visit.

The room was at the top of the building, view on the mountain on the morning was so nice unfortunately the room was disgusting... Well equipped but the previous client bath towel was still in the bathroom, tooth paste mark in the sink... Motel...
