Stayed here a week with my kids. Nothing fancy but had all the necessary things. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub although not really suited for toddlers unless they have a life jacket. Found the hot tub to be too hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highway traffic wasn't too bad at night but then...

Nended a stop over point between Calgary and Vancouver. Have stayed here before and it was always OK, although tired looking. This stay we had a room that had been renovated and was quite nice. Bathroom was new and very clean, beds clean and comfortable. Nice newer large flat screen TV. Check in and out efficient. Also got a last...

Although the reason for my visit was personal. The hotel staff fully understood and supported myself and all of my extended family that were staying for the same reason. They truly went above and beyond to assist us in any way they could. As a result, I will go out of my way to stay there again.

Competitive pricing, comfortable beds, 10 mins drive from downtown or 1min walk to the Banff Trail metro. Breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly friendly. Will definetly be back.

Traveling with 2 kids and booked this place because it was cheap and had an indoor pool. When we got into the room it was old looking but clean and smelled like old diesel! My wife checked the mattress right away because we have encountered bed bugs in another hotel. There were no mattress covers and my wife did her...
