I have stayed at this hotel several times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don't forget to ask about the complimentary swimming voucher for the pool facilities in town; the Revelstoke swimming pool is actually quite nice and worthwhile if you are traveling with children. Make...More
The toilet did not work properly. The staff knew that when I checked in. They tried to fix it but were not successful. I went to the front desk and the person behind the desk said "what do you want me to do about it"....More
Overall the property is decent, certainly better than others in the Revy area. Check in was interesting - we requested a pet friendly room, which they had reserved for us, but they presented us with a disclaimer to sign that said we would be charged...More

No dog kennels (never seen a hotel with kennels) but there are lots of rooms with outside entrances so you do not have to take your dog through a lobby. a good dog walk area at the back of the building that goes along the train tracks through a slightly wooded area, and a great leash free park by the river park (about five minutes away by car) The river was running pretty fast and deep when we went there, so we were watching our dog pretty carefully - I have a feeling that if the dog went in the water, that would be the last we would see of the pup.
