No air conditioning, or fan, horribly small space. Must bring your own normal sized mugs, bowls, as everything is child size. The ambience is nil, the sofa was hard, and the space really out dated as far as decor. The only saving grace was beach...More

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. We were looking forward to our spa retreat and the luxury of a sea facing king bedded room which we paid extra for. We were very disappointed and even wrote an email to the manager expressing our...More
This resort is definitely rustic. Strongly encourage to book the ocean side rooms as all others are rooms, cottages in a forest. Opportunity to better maintain and clean rooms and grounds. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great food at Cedars and the coffee...More

We spent four days in September in one of the spa bungalows and have no complaints whatsoever. It was very quiet and surrounded by trees. Our unit did back unto a road, but it was not that busy and you did not hear the cars. Also there was a lot of trees between the road and cabin. One thing though, because of the trees, the inside was always little dark. The bungalows are suppose to give a rustic feeling by using real wood logs for the walls. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable,
The carpeting had a few ripples, but was
reasonably clean. The housekeeping each day was excellent and there were an abundant amount of fresh towels each day. Honestly, we had a wonderful experience and would go there again.

I would look into the 2 bedroom spa bungalows. They are the farthest from the main part of the resort, but they are the newest, and being away from the main part of the resort they would be the quietest - plus they are close to the spa.
