Detailed Reviews
Sites are all new and have full hookups. Really
Friendly staff No washrooms or showers so for self contained units only. Great little dog park and walking trails. 10 Minute drive to Parksville and beach. 5 minute drive to beautiful Englishman River falls. Really enjoyed our stay with friends.

I would not class this as a "RESORT", it was very quiet, with most of the 65 sites occupied by permanent tenants. Sites that were empty were clean and level. This is place if you want to get away and have quiet! Nothing around to see unless you have a vehicle to take a drive. Was unsure where the office was when first entering, campground was always in from the main road. Not recommend if you have children.

This place is mostly permanent campers. We camped with two other families. Could not talk in normal talking voices after 7pm. They threatened to kick us out for talking. If you are old and go to bed by 8pm this is the place for you. There is nothing at all for kids to do. If you have a dog there is a little park for them. Some smokers who seem to live there permanently stink up the whole area. There is nothing resort about this place.

Dearest Karen , Your memory of last summer does fail you . You and your quests stayed up well past midnight 2 nights in a row - partying loudly , drinking , and allowing kids to run between other surrounding sights . In fact I was on my way over to tell you yet again to turn the flame down on your propane fire pit as you were sitting in amongst the trees in the hottest record breaking month of 2021! Yes , you however correct on being told to leave as you threatened the manager when you were told on the 2nd night at 1 am - to leave . Mind you , maybe your watches were not working or you couldn’t see because of numerous beverages consumed - that it was pushing the 1:39 am timeframe HENSE THE LIFETIME BAN ! We do however wish all of you a wonderful happy camping vacations in 2022 - just far far away ! Ohhh please feel free to use your full names as I do have them all on record If any others need reference . Cheers , Sheila Roberts Management team Ps - always be careful to stick to the real facts when writing a review . Trail cam recordings are real evidence these days .

We have camped in Parksville RV resort twice now and love it. Sheila is warm and welcoming and Bob is funny, friendly and kind. They didn't cook for us but we did get cup cakes for Canada Day. We will most assuredly be back.

Wow shiela. Banning us from that crap hole is a favour. And……it’s totally obvious you are lying. Check your google reviews. All your trees were dead probably because no one watered them. We did not use a fire pit and it’s pretty clear some old man stalks the campers.
