Had a great experience at the Kokanee Glacier Resort. The resort overlooks Kokanee Lake and although there are no views from the rooms the oweners have strategically placed chairs on the property to take advantage of the view. There is a also a sitting area for smokers and two barbeques. The rooms are actually one and two bedroom suites with...

Stayed here with my husband, and two boys (5 and 2 years old) for three nights. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the facilities and the thought that had been put into making this resort user friendly and comfortable. There are outdoor eating areas, view points and a little play area. It rained for the three days we were...

Stayed here for 4 days and was treated so well here. It's a 10 min drive to town but has a bus closeby if you don't want to drive. We had motorcycles and they were safe right outside the door and no concerns leaving them parked here. This is a quiet and relaxing place perfect as we chose to not...

This place is the bee's knees. lovely people, lovely setting. the rooms are clean and cozy and the bed is super comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A lovely getaway near Kokanee Creek and Nelson. Kudos and thanks to staff who noticed and returned a forgotten item before we even realized it was missing! We stayed during June, and enjoyed lovely breakfasts with a personal touch in the communal room- much nicer than the HI Express! Thanks, KGR!

Further outside of Nelson then I thought but worth the short drive. Small public beach very clean suites and a great breakfast in the morning. We used the bbq and grilled some steak the kitchenette is adequate and was great for a "home cooked" meal at the middle of a holiday. Great place to stay.

Nice place. It was very clean, with a great view. Very helpful staff, willing to give recommendations of places to go in the area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. We also rented kayaks, which were easy to access and a fun time to take on the lake.

We stayed two nights and had time to relax and enjoy the comfortable setting of this lovely inn. The owners are friendly and hospitable and have gone to great lengths to keep the entire inn and property well maintained. Fresh paint, inside and out. The rooms are painted a welcoming color scheme of medium blue and buff light-yellow; the bathrooms...
