This is our second trip to this rustic resort; the service and accommodations are unchanged from 2 years ago and still impressive. My wife is a celiac and Anglers Restaurant produces amazing gluten free dishes. The staff is knowledgable about allergies. They have in house made, gluten free crackers on their share plate. Being that I am not celiac, I... More

Good dining room. Food was wonderful. Well maintained grounds. Individual log cabins (panabode) private hot tub on the deck. Cabin 1 seems to have the most privacy although there may be others. Only one peeve, the little wood burning stove didn't draw well.

Stole away for an overnight to celebrate a special Birthday . Spectacular view from our cabin, always something to watch happening on the ocean, and the evening soak in our own private hot tub on the deck was the icing on the cake after a truly magnificent meal at Anglers .

Pricey but worth it and that is uncommon. And they are uncommonly good. Dinner out at the Dolphins is our 'treat'. We haven't stayed but have seen inside cabins and they are comfy and charming. Staff is good, too. Setting: gorgeous.

This was our second stay at the Dolphins Resort in Campbell River and this time we booked the beach house. Last time we stayed in Cabin 2 and chose the beach house this time because it's much newer than the cabins which I found to be rather old and the bathrooms (and especially showers!) very small. The beach house on... More

We have dined here several times and have never been disappointed. Friendly, accommodating staff, great view, good menu, great food. We live nearby and this is one of our favourites with an upscale menu. Have dined as a couple and with small and large groups and never been disappointed.

Our cabin (they are all 'cabins' I think) are in the woods, some with views of Quadra Island and the intervening strait. It was comfortable, ours had a fireplace, Jacuzzi outside one bedroom, the kitchen was well stocked; they offered a very generous tasty breakfast fare included in the price (bravo); staff were very good and it is a lovely... This is billed as a fishing resort but it was so much more. We had a very snug one bedroom cabin t had a wonderful view of the river. It was so nice watching the trawlers and other fishing vessels cruise by. We slept very well which is a bonus for my 50 something year old back!! The accommodations are... More

Great customer service, from the moment we arrived they treated us like kings. We had a cosy cabin with a fireplace and a hot tub, the restaurant is excellent and our fishing guide "Joe" was the best on the water. We are going to make this resort a yearly holiday destination.
