Stayed here for the first time over the Canada Day long weekend. Depending on where you are, most of the sites are very close together, but this is not unusual in private parks where space is money. We were located on the Waterfront B row and had a few trees and a bit of a marina view. All the sites...

i stayed here with my family over the weekend. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so good...nothing the resort could do about this. Beautiful place, love the scenery, a quick 20 minute drive from Campbell River. There are A LOT of rules at this place! Mainly geared towards kids and where/what they are allowed to do/not do. Really unfortunate there are no...

Thank you for your review. It's too bad that was weather was so dreary, at least not raining. Many of the games to play are outdoor related. Unfortunately your children perhaps were too old or not interested to enjoy the many games available to them. The games are all free. For youth, we have fooseball, ping-pong, ladder golf, bocce ball,...

We spent 4 days in our RV at Salmon Point Resort RV park. We were right on the ocean. The weather was fantastic in May! We spent hours watching whales frolic within a few hundred yards of our RV and could even see them from our bay window. The area is beautiful, clean and the staff are helpful. If we...

This looks like a really nice campground and great marina. Can SOMEONE staying there take some pictures of the tenting sites for me? I'd like to tent there for a couple of weeks and trailer a boat out and am just wondering what they look like. I can't find one single photo of them and I've sent a couple of...

This is a beautiful RV Park, on the east coast of Vancouver Island looking out over the Salish Sea. We stayed on the lighthouse side of the park, where the sites are right on the water but more exposed (fewer trees) than in the main part of the park. We stayed here in April, so there were few kids around...

This property is for people who like easy camping and being close to their neighbours. We have camped here several times and always have an enjoyable experience. Ask for a spot in the front row so that you have a great view of the ocean and passing cruise ships. The lots are not very big so if you don't like...

I will try be fair. The campsite is beautiful, well taken care off, immaculate grounds and washrooms. Would not be to my taste when full as there little or no barriers between sites so no privacy but off season that is not an issue. We have had many good stays here, right on the ocean. Great birdwatching. But… I do...

They do have rules. I like to sleep at night and after spending a few horrid nights with partying neighbours at Pacific Playgrounds next door we were happy to move here to Salmon Point. No kids in the hot tub.......suits us just fine! Wifi quite good, cable better than Thunderbird, free showers (not at the others). I do admit to...

Stayed at the Salmon Point Resort for a week in late September. Reviewed trip advisor and was also highly recommended by friends. Although the weather was dull the location and quiet of this resort was perfect. Walked the beach every day. Usually opting for a provincial campground decided instead to go for a campsite with full facilities. We found the...

Just back from Salmon Point Resort RV Park as every year. This summer has been like each year a great summer. The park and marina were (as always) well organized and well kept, the scenery of the ocean, cruise ships, and birds are always a show. Every year is like coming home to a place where everybody from management to...
