i was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the crystal star inn, and the rates were very reasonable, but the biggest surprise was with how the staff made every attempt to make our stay better. Most other hotel staff are friendly but crystal star inn employees were genuinely concerned about our happiness. we have been here before and we will...

Tried to have a special New Years Eve this year in one of the Royal Suite Rooms. The electric curtains were broken and falling down, the rotating bed was broken and wouldn't fully spin, the Jacuzzi tub was half the size that we thought it was; only fits one person, housekeeper couldn't understand anything I asked absolutely no knowledge of...

Nestled amongst the usual suspects of airport hotels this one looks like a car dealership or a casino from the outside. Once you walk through the neon lights to the lobby you are welcomed by a clash of colours and styles and an overwhelming smell of vomit. The day staff were friendly but easily confused and not at all efficient....

i am sorry, but really....!!! I saw all these reviews and was shocked. Yes some front desk people are great, the lady was. the guy at night was useless. I had just come back from a trip to Cancun. We got to the hotel and our room was freezing in November 2014. Winter is here, but the front desk blamed...

This was our first time to stay here and we chose it for the low rates. We were pleasantly surprised with the value we received and found it to be an excellent deal . The hotel is closer to the airport than even Park'n'Fly ! Conveniently located on Sparrow Crescent near the car rental sites . Our room was spacious...

The check-in was friendly and quick, the location very close to the Edmonton International Airport and provides a shuttle service for those who didn't drive themselves. Parking for your vehicle is available forunlimited days, but, the hotel charges $5/day to do so. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but if you suffer from epilepsy, you may want to find...

Absolutely horrible decor but if you don't mind the eyesore carpets and ridiculously tacky colour scheme (or lack thereof) and random neon blue lights then it's a great little place for short term accommodation. There are 2 really great front desk clerks (Colin & a French lady) who are just aces when it comes to customer service. The hotel owner...
